I was referred to Feedoptimise a couple of months back and have been extremely impressed with their service since signing up.

Prior to moving over, we had been having various technical issues which were preventing our products listing effectively in Google Shopping. Marcin diagnosed and fixed these issues immediately and we've had no such problems since. We are now seeing rising traffic and revenue via Google Shopping each week.

The platform is easy to use, the reporting is impressive and Marcin has been a pleasure to deal with. He offers excellent customer support, is extremely knowlegeable about his market and works quickly.

Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Feedoptimise for their high quality, cost efficient feed management.

Marcin at Feed Optimise has given us nearly twice as much google shopping traffic when compared to our old feed. That's a lot of revenue for £30 a month! Great analytics, quick response and great service - it is a pleasure to deal with this company.

Have used several different feed management systems over the years, including Channel Advisor, and found Feedoptimise to provide the best combination of features, ease of use and cost, with excellent customer support. Try it before the others.

Having used a number of feed management platforms prior to implementing feedoptimise I was always left wondering why there was so little control over what was fed to whom and at what ROI.

Not only does feedoptimises' platform eliminate much of the guesswork but it allows one to use as much or little automation to manage one's campaigns.

The generic theme seems to be conclusive - Marcin has not only created an incredibly richly featured platform but supports it all with cheerful, informative and highly responsive service levels.

Not only would I recommend feedoptimise to other retailers (of any szie) I would suggest it be mandatory!

Firstly, the owner actually knows what he is talking about and sells you his product by knowledge and understanding. Not some sickly sales person trying to make commission. Warm, friendly and always goes that extra mile. Our google shopping traffic has just over doubled by using the feedoptimise system and having Marcin in constant contact is great, especially when we need need feeds adding at the last minute! The system has so much flexibility for shopping feed management, plus a free facebook store front with automatic product posting to the wall set by a schedule - or whenever you like. Great value, saves money compared to all other systems weve used, plus it grows your traffic and sales. The free 30 day trial is a bonus, as you can see that the system walks the walk as well as talk the talk!

I've used a few companies for shopping feed management before and have never been truly satisfied with them. Either the technology wasn't up to scratch or the account 'managers' didn't really want to know or help beyond the initial setup.

Feeoptimise have been great since we started with them a few weeks ago. The platform is powerful, but very well designed and easy to use. I've dealt with Marcin who has been tremendously helpful in both setting up the feeds, and then offering advice on how to optimise the feeds for each shopping site. We've already seen a lift in our google shopping traffic as a result of Marcin's advice too.

Beyond that, they have listened and acted on feedback I've provided about their platform - often making suggested changes within 24 hours. Very impressed and pleased I've found them.
