I always feel better not only physically but also emotionally after a treatment as the rejuvenation of my back and getting rid of any pain and stiffness makes me naturally happier and positive and inspired to train and stretch and improve. The trust I have in Fernando is a crucial factor too, naturally! Grateful for his care and attention and professional knowledge

I was having a problem with my lower back after having the deep tissue message now am feeling much better will definitely have another one plus mr.Fernando give you his a professional in giving good advice . I definitely recommend any one.
I have been suffering from muscle tightness in my back and glutes. My back issues goes way back many many years. I’ve done many deep tissue massage in the last 2 years and they were average, after meeting Fernando and done 2 sessions of deep tissue massage I can honestly say that he made me feel so good and treated my issues really well. He put pressure in the right areas where it’s needed and really has very strong hands. He is also nice and gentle if he needs to be. Overall if you just looking for a great feeling after getting a massage than he is your guy. If you are a weight lifter and have some serious tight muscles and need some1 with strong hands for your tight muscles than he is your guy. Overall I rate his service 9.5 out of 10.

Fernando is fantastic. He gives a prefect sports massage. He is strong enough to apply the correct pressure needed and can find all the problem areas to be treated. I highly recommend him for people looking for a ‘proper’ deep tissue/sports massage!
Fernando is a very PROFESSIONAL and friendly guy and pushes you to meet your targets. Encourages you when your
doing good and makes you aware of things you could do better.

My specific request to Fernando was to design a few exercises to strengthen by back and improve my posture. Executing the exercise in a safe manner was a big thing to avoid injuries and do not exhacerbate the ones I already have.
I couldn't be happier, my health, posture and strenth are getting better and therefore my shape.
