Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Inept and Incompetent Fetch Package…
Inept and Incompetent Fetch Package Delivery service is a Scam! They Lie! They Steal packages and will Blatantly Lie about delivery! We have door cameras and a history of delivery schedules! They blatantly lied about delivering paid for items that were delivered to their warehouse. They're Done. Believe It.
This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They no longer have a phone support line. The apartment complexes cannot contact them. Packages disappear and if you move, the are not forwarded or returned to sender. They are “donated”.
Fetch is terrible …
Fetch is the absolute worst package delivery service one could ever ask for! You would think they could manage to at least deliver a package to the correct apt#. Once its made it thru their unorganized warehouse which ive had the distinct pleasure of visiting when they lost my package in it. I was not alone i joined 20 other people with the same issue, for some it was their 3rd attempt. Do not use this service your better off paying for an alternative locker or PO box service.

My hope is that Fetch is a class action…
My hope is that Fetch is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. When I lived in Austin in an apartment, I was forced and charged to use Fetch for package delivery. As a result, countless packages were stolen. To avoid this, one must grab a package left at the door in less than 30 seconds -- no exaggeration. My biggest loss was a laptop that was purchased for donation to a nonprofit. While I attempted to rescue this from theft, Fetch was not taking phone calls at that time -- reason = too busy. May karma catch up with this company and all that force its services and may that happen sooner than later.

Fetch is a monopoly that answers to no one…
i have been forced to use fetch for less than a week and 1 package was lost, 1 package was attempted one hour earlier than the selected delivery window and I had to wait until the next day to receive it bc the truck wouldn’t come back, and now I have been stuck all day waiting for a package to be delivered in my window which has still yet to come and now I can’t leave my house until my package is delivered or back to the warehouse it goes.
If they expect people to wait home all day, they should at least put a tracker on the delivery vehicles like Amazon so I can have a better idea of when my package will arrive instead of being stuck inside all day?I can’t even go to the grocery store bc I’m waiting on my packages and I know the second I leave, they will be here and I’ll miss my packages again.
There has got to be a better way to manage this service especially for what people are paying. And no 1-800 number or when you text, agents take forever to message you back. I’m sure that’s exactly what they wanted. Collect your money and no one to answer for their lack professionalism and organization.
Fetch is completely irrelevant
Fetch is completely irrelevant. Do you know why? Because the property that I am at only 15% of people that I have spoken with use Fetch if that many. In tandem with Fetch that we are made to pay and can’t opt out of, most all of us are paying for Amazon prime so we’re paying double. With Amazon, I order my item on a Friday night. It’s at my door on Saturday. With Fetch who has horrible ratings they have a one star review rating and an F with the Better Business Bureau, they lose packages they don’t deliver on time there’s always an issue. With Amazon it’s overnighted the next day and I have never had a stolen package. Fetch’s catchline go to remark is it protects against theft. How ironic that they’re actually thieves in their own right by stealing money from us every month when we can’t opt out. In reality, what it does is it prevents your packages from being delivered in a timely manner. They make it so difficult to coordinate the drop-off that it’s not worth it and even if your package gets stolen, Amazon will refund you. So if you do the math, the Property that we are at makes $132,000 a year from Fetch from residents - can you freaking believe it? Reprehensible.

Fetch is a nightmare!
This is the 3rd time since our complex forced us to use Fetch they have lost or stolen my packages. After my last BBB complaint a few months ago they told me to change all deliveries to signature required to assure me that I would receive my items. I made the switch to Signature Required. You would think the issues would stop but you would be wrong! Earlier this month they delivered my package to someone who was not me. I even have a photo of the random persons signature, clearly not me. Fetch opened a case and I had to send screenshots of my amazon orders, tracking, and payment information for them to reimburse me. Luckily this was just some notebooks and pens. However having to provide a random company with my order info is so weird and an invasion of privacy. What if it was personal care products? I don't want a random person knowing what I am ordering. The issues continues! On Sunday 8/27 a package was delivered to the warehouse and I scheduled it for signed delivery between 4-7pm that day. The driver never showed! I contacted support and they said they would look into it. I received notice today 8/30 they can't locate it and have no idea what happened. Did the driver just steal it? Seems likely in my opinion. They asked for all of my personal order details again for reimbursement. I emailed back that I didn't want to be reimbursed for their incompetence again for a second time this month. I am fed up with this company and our management forcing us to pay a monthly fee for them to essentially steal or lose my items. This is a warning to anyone who tours a complex that uses Fetch Packages. Leave immediately and do not move in. There is a reason there are subreddits and twitter accounts dedicated to try and get this company out of business.

extorsion
this company with a few other snake oil sales people contract apartment complexes to buy into this idea of saving your packages from theft.....whats really going on is a money grab from fetch and the apartment communities to extort as much money as they possibly can from renters.....not giving renters a choice to opt out and forcing residents to pay up to 30$ dollars a month for a service they will never use is the scheme

Worst experience
I've had such a bad time using this company in going to start shipping things to a friend's house that's not forced to use Fetch. Not a reliable company at all.

This company is awful
This company is awful. They have lost over thirty packages since my apartment started using them. Their customer service is trash. It's next to impossible to get a person, and when you do, they give you the same canned message about the research team every time. They recently forced us to change our delivery address, and promised that they would have weekly transfers between the old and new facility to accommodate those packages that got sent to the old address. However, when I had a few packages sent to the old address accidentally, they expected me to drive across a city the size of Connecticut to pick it up from their warehouse in person. I do not pay for that. They need to do their jobs and not make excuses. Edited to add: They had the audacity to threaten to dispose or discard my packages if I didn't pick them up in person. This company should reconsider its existence.

Garbage service
Garbage service. I live in the Twin Cities and our apartment complex took on Fetch Package Delivery. The concept seemed amazing. However, the execution of it has been a s**t show. Packages out for delivery, wait around for them, nothing shows up, then says delivery window not available 2 hours after the delivery window. So why have me pick a window. Then say it's out for delivery, only to not show up.
There have been times it was "delivered" and in the photo they take, you see it's clearly the wrong building or completely wrong unit number. Often they take a photo of the package with the unit # in the photo. One photo had the unit number from the 1st floor, we are on the 3rd.
Usually contacting them is a frustrating experience or goes unanswered. Not caring people lose out on money because of them. This is excluding times we have heard them throw items in front of our door. (I have a friend a town over who's had the same experience of thrown packages)

Fetch is a disgrace
This Fetch service is like getting your packages sent into a black hole - there is no customer service - phones don’t work , no reply to multiple emails regarding missing items - zero operational control - no accountability and they get away with it !

Slow
Just adds unnecessary delay. And we pay $120 for the privilege of the building not hiring people to just sort packages here.
Also they apparently have horrible labor practices.

I had a package that left our Greenville NC PO, It got to the Raleigh Center and was turned over to this company FETCH, My daughter never recieved the package, No signature of the person who recieved it, No photo of the place it was dropped off to. All they say it was delivered on March 29 at 10:47 am, Yes delivered and delivered to who. She never recieved it. How do we know it was delivered ?Just cause the Driver said so. How do I know the driver didn't keep it? And I can't get my insurance money cause they say it was delivered.

Fetch: High Failure Rate, Zero Customer Service!
My apartment building started using Fetch right before I moved in, and it's a disaster. I pay $16 a month for a service that is not usable and forces me to have packages delivered to friends' homes, so I don't have to deal with them. I recently gave them another try to see if the service had improved. The first package arrived one day after arriving at Fetch; not the end of the world. The second package has gone missing, and there is zero reliable, non-bot-provided customer service. No number to call, no one to talk to, just text messages, emails, and DMs that take about 24 - 48 hours to get a generic response.
Edit to reply to Fetch:
One of your agents replied to one email saying “sorry, you won’t get your package today, we’ll let you know when we know more” and then heard nothing else until I escalated with my building manager. I would hardly call that being assisted by one of your agents.

I live in Mesa AZ
I live in Mesa AZ. after moving in we were notified by the leasing office that they were forcing all tenants to pay for fetch. We don’t have to use it but we have to pay for it. For anyone thinking about moving into an apartment community PLEASE be aware of all the charges added in after your base rent. When I first moved in the extras were about $80 now they are over $200. These services like fetch are scams and the apartments that use them are getting kick backs.

Complete waste of money and time
Edit in response to their reply: No, large items aren't necessarily furniture or expensive, and no, the delivery person does not help you with them (they sure didn't for me, either time). A simple Chewy order counts as a large item.
In sum, as was said by other reviewers, the only reason Fetch exists is because it's mandated by apartment managers. We are forced to pay $20/month for this terrible service, and it's a complete waste of money.
Large packages have a large delivery window, and you must be present to accept them. Why? Why can't they just leave it with the building as every other package used to be? What benefit does this provide to me?
They lost my package a couple of weeks ago, then would only reimburse for the exact amount paid for the products. I hunted forever to get those deals, the products aren't even available anymore, and they won't do anything about it. Pay me for what you lost, Fetch.
Building managers - please, please do not force this on your tenants. They will experience the same pain as other reviewers.
