We’ve received excellent support and…
We’ve received excellent support and advice throughout our mortgage application from Jessica, our mortgage advisor, and Hana, our case manager. Jessica’s knowledge and expertise meant our mortgage offer was prepared and ready to go in great time, helping to keep our house purchase moving smoothly.
With completion due this week, we feel confident and reassured knowing that our mortgage and insurances are all in place, thanks to Jessica’s guidance. Hana has also been fantastic, regularly checking in to see how our purchase is progressing and responding promptly to any questions we’ve had.
We’re really grateful for all their help and support during what can be a stressful process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jessica and Hana to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and supportive team!

I recently bought my first home and…
I recently bought my first home and Elaine was my mortgage advisor who was amazing, really helpful & actually helped me to understand things as a first time buyer. Everything was done so quickly and communication was great. After my mortgage was approved Lauren was contacting my solicitor for updates and she was great too. Will definitely be using them again and recommend to everyone!

Knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely brilliant to work with
We had such a brilliant experience with Katie at Finamply. We approached her with a slightly unusual set of circumstances and a potential property investment with a very tight turnaround, and she was fantastic from the outset.
Katie was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and responsive, but what impressed us most was how open-minded she was. Rather than simply looking at our current position on paper, she took the time to understand the whole picture, properly explore the options available to us and explain everything in a way that was clear, realistic and genuinely helpful.
She turned things around incredibly quickly and gave us a much better understanding of our options and what might be possible for us, both now and in the future. We came away from the process feeling far more informed and optimistic about our position than we had going into it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie or to go straight back to her when we need mortgage advice in the future. Genuinely excellent service and a really lovely person to deal with. Thank you, Katie!
