The product is designed to be easy to understand and use without requiring deep investment knowledge. Information is communicated clearly, the process is transparent, and it’s easy to keep track of investments over time. Overall, it feels consistent and free of unnecessary complexity.

3 years and not disappointed
I’ve been using Finax app for 3 years and I must say it works for me, especially after latest rebranding and updates with added functionalities, its easy and userfriendly, i like the new dashboard where i can easily see my accounts and money growth on an interactive graph.

Easy longterm investing
Finax is easy to use and the account setup was fast. I like that I do not need to choose funds or study investing.
Returns are solid and fees are clear and transparent. The app could offer a bit more detail for advanced users, but for long term passive investing it works well.
Overall, it is a good choice if you want simple investing without stress.

Finax hodnotím ako skvelú voľbu, aplikácia je prehľadná, poplatky a ich výšky sú transparentné pričom klientom ponúkajú zaujímavé zľavy, vďaka ktorým môžu investovať ešte výhodnejšie. Prvotriedne služby, skvelý vzdelávací obsah či už blogy alebo videá, vrelo odporúčam!

Seems there is no way to withdrawal…
Seems there is no way to withdrawal your funds and customer service does everything to dodge questions and avoid helping.
Have had the withdrawal request pending for ages now and no one wants to help. They seem to be just happy keeping the money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Withdrawals with us are fully flexible and processed on a weekly basis, and clients can request them easily online at any time. If there was any technical issue preventing your withdrawal from going through, we trust that we were able to resolve it together.
Please rest assured that it is absolutely not our intention to restrict clients in accessing their funds — especially since we do not charge any fees or penalties for withdrawals.
If you ever experience any difficulties again, our team is here to help and make sure everything is processed smoothly.

Good EU-based company for investing in ETF, but slow and less modern options these times
A good way how to invest in ETF. Finax used to accept 20 EUR per TXin as min for investment. They declared that it will be 10 EUR. Will see. It could help people who want to invest in a very small amounts.
Users can make depoists many times they want and also they are allowed to make withdrawals when they want.
And trading days could be more frequently. My last deposit of 100 EUR was credited last tuesday and it is still in EUR balance and was not invested during last 6 days.
And next, support of instant bank transactions should be supported in a modern company. Deposit account is hosted in the bank which supports this but Finax does not use it. They did not answered my question about it when I asked them before. This support would make Finax more flexible product for investing.

Easy and smart way to invest in ETF funds.
Finax is using very friendly UI to help newbies to set up and manage their investing accounts. I'm investing for a year now, 8,9% gain on 70:30 portfolio. Rebalancing is automated and fees are very low compared to alternatives.
