This crowd are simply a bunch of con artists. They demand your card details in order to download a manual, the manual fails to materialise and next thing you know you're signed up, with no permission, to a monthly 'subscription ' of 39 euro.
Fortunately my Bank are obviously aware of these crooks and rang me as soon as the transaction appeared. In order to stop them they had to put a block on my card for 48 hours, which was highly inconvenient.

Don't go near this 'company' and do not give them any of your bank details. They are just thieves.

This company is a dreadful con. They promise that they have the manual that you are looking for, then take your money, and you then find they have not got your manual. Then they don't refund you your money as they say it is a subscription. Worst still going forward they will probably continue to charge as they will there was an agreement to pay the subscription. Absolutely to be avoided.

Charge me $1.99 for my manual, sent me the pdf version of the wrong manual. While I went back and forth several times about THEIR error, the 3-Day "Free Trial Period" expired and they billed me for $39.99 for an automatically renewing subscription. They deserve 1 star only because after several hours of chat with them they refunded ALL my money (otherwise I would rather give them a zero, if that was possible). The money is back in my bank, but I hope it really unsubscribed, because they blocked me from their website and I'm not sure how I could contact them (they do not provide an email or phone number).
