Findlayswine Opiniões 

I ordered 12 bottles of wine from Findlays on 11th December with a delivery window of 13-18th December. To be clear, the 18th December was described as the “maximum delivery” date. Unfortunately, on 17th December, these bottles hadn’t even been despatched. I emailed Findlays and received an automated response stating that they’re too busy to respond to emails and I need to call. I noted that I did receive a despatch confirmation though the next day which I think was probably triggered by my email. It’s now 20th December and I still haven’t received this wine. The Christmas party that I ordered the wine for took place last night -minus the wine! Would I order again? I’m afraid not.

Ordered a product by price comparison and was not disappointed.
The item arrived within the expected timescale and in perfect condition.Thankyou,especially as it is a Christmas resent.

I didn’t receive my order within the stated time frame even though when I tracked it, it said it was with the courier. Findlays obviously do not track there deliveries as when I emailed them ( it took two days to answer) they blamed the courier but I don’t think it had been sent at all ! After an apology I was told my order would be with me by the following Wednesday and I didn’t receive it until the Friday ( no tracking was given this time) I was also offered a free bottle to sample for all the inconvenience but have never received it! Can’t see me using this company again!

This is a little gem of a online winery delivery service.
I have made three orders and will definitely making more purchases as they sell some really beautiful wines that aren't you cheap run of the mill ones supermarkets sell.

The Gambles.

They didn't send my order, even though they said they had when I enquired. When I asked for a tracking number, about a week later, they sent it.

I was initially drawn here as the price for my favourite wine was the lowest on the web. I then discovered it came with free delivery. After that, if you need any more reason to shop here, I had a query and so contacted them and the customer service was outstanding. Above and beyond. Highly recommended

Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with Finlays Wine.
I ordered a half case of wine and the delivery company (...let's call them "DedEx") managed to break one of the bottles, repackaged it and tried to pass it off.
Finlays were brilliant at sorting everything out very promptly.
Wine not bad either.

Top marks all round: great experience.
I telephoned to order 2 mixed cases of wine before placing ann order online. My selection discussed and advice given on bottles more suited to my taste.
The order arrived at my door in less than 24 hours (and I live 250 miles away)!
