Dealt with Ted from 48hrs after my no fault accident. I had really specific requirements with regards to a replacement vehicle but he was so understanding and really listened to what I needed. He worked around me and found me a great replacement, delivered quickly after securing it (lovely and clean) complete with some flowers and chocs which was a lovely touch.
Great service and really helped with replacing our vehicle after such a stressful incident. Would definitely recommend - thank you Ted :)

Wonderful car buying experience
Haven't changed my car in 10 years so was very sceptical about the process of buying a new car.
Shane put me at ease straight away. He went through every detail and ensured I understood every part of my purchase. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with every stage. No hard sale, no jargon, just care and attention to any queries that I had.

Absolutely Amazing Service From Shane!
I cannot recommend Shane at Find My Car Approved highly enough. He went above and beyond for me, even opening on Christmas Eve so I could view the car—something most people wouldn’t do at that time of year. Despite facing tough personal challenges, Shane remained professional but also incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process.
On the day of collection, everything was seamless, and Shane made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. His warm and genuine approach made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring everything went perfectly. Easy five stars!
Ted was brilliant from start to finish, you could tell that he really cared about making sure that the vehicle was of a good standard, and that I was happy with it. Really friendly and positive, and was a fantastic experience - it can be a little daunting buying a vehicle remotely, but Ted made it easy and stress-free.

Great experience
I was apprehensive buying my new car using this process but Teddy went above and beyond. He reassured me about the process and explained how it all works, he put loads of time and effort into sourcing the right car for me and delivered it to my door with chocolates and flowers, what's not to love. The car is exactly as described and meets all my requirements. If like me your unsure about buying a car this way, then rest assured if you trust the process you'll be happy with the experience, no pushy sales pitch or trying to get you to buy anything you don't need. Teddy at FindMy.Car will forever be my car guy.

We unfortunately had our car written off after someone drove in to it when it was parked up. So the company that had written off the car nationwide accident hire put me in touch with this fantastic company. Glenn @findmy.car gave me a call I explain that we was wait to find out how much we was going to receive from the car that had just bin written off before we could give a a budget on how much we could spend unlike most people in the Car Trade he didn't push or trying suggest that we get a car sap he get left with plenty of time to find out how spending needs and how much we could spend upon telling him the exact amount that we could spend and how much we could put as a deposit he then founders the most wound full ford kuga in our price range at no point was we pushed in to a car or made to feel pressured in to one. He got us the right car at the right price and did all that he could to get it to us before the hire car we had. Had to go back work with us on everything and gave up dates on it delivery date. Me and my partner can not thank them enough for there help and the car we now have thay made a bad situation that we was in Fantastic by finding as the perfect vehicle

Well what's not to like about them!!
Well what's not to like about them!!. We went down and was shown the choice of cars that suited our budget we chose a vauxhall Corsa, we were guided through the whole process by Shane and the team, we were told it would be a couple of days, I was called by Shane a couple of days later to say the presale preparation was taking slightly longer than expected so they were given a courtesy car for us to use full of fuel ,to use at our leisure. Every aspect of the sale has gone smoothly we were treated with respect and courtesy, the day to pick up our car arrived and we were greeted by friendly staff for the very quick handover, a few final bits of paperwork and that was that they even presented my wife with a bunch of flowers amazing!! Can't recommend them enough, I've told family and friends about how truly fantastic they all are and will definitely be buying all future vehicles from them ,thanks very much,for our stress free very quick experience

I am beyond frustrated with my experience
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at FindMyCar. I purchased a car from them four months ago, and from the beginning, I’ve had nothing but issues. The car was faulty from the start—constant mechanical problems that I had to deal with almost immediately after buying it. Despite numerous attempts to get help, I was met with unprofessionalism, poor communication, and an overall lack of care.
After months of back-and-forth and seeking legal advice, I had no option to return the car for my money back as the car returned from repairs after 2 weeks with further issues and damage. The dealership took no accountability for selling me a faulty vehicle and offered no real solutions until I had to escalate the situation to a solicitor. I was left without a functional car for weeks and had to jump through hoops just to get a refund. The entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and incredibly frustrating.
Before they even processed my refund, the car was immediately put back up for sale —still faulty and clearly not repaired. Not only did this show a complete lack of care for their customers, but it also felt like they were trying to offload a defective vehicle onto someone else.
The customer service was atrocious, especially from Shane. Every time I reached out for assistance, I was either ignored or received vague, unhelpful responses. At no point did I feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Shane was not only unresponsive but also dismissive, which only made an already terrible situation worse.
I would never recommend FindMyCar to anyone. I understand that cars can sometimes have issues, but the lack of professionalism, and willingness to address the problem is inexcusable. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Absolute 5 Star Service!! I highly recommend Glenn and Findmy.car.
Glenn was absolutely marvelous from start to finish. He contacted me swiftly from me entering my contact details on their website, I gave him the brief and within 24 hrs from 1st contact we had chosen the car. After sifting through endless cars online for a few weeks it was becoming extremely stressful but Glenn removed all of the problems, and we have today taken delivery of our car.
It has been delivered to the door in immaculate condition, we are very happy. This is such a great service, so quick and easy and excellent customer service.

Easiest experience ever!!
I used Glenn at Find My Car and it was the simplest experience!! I sent in my preferences and found my car so easily! They usually have a 10 day turn around but as I was going on holiday, Glenn made sure this was ready for delivery as soon as I was back! Ever wanted to buy the car that you wanted to buy, not the one the sales person says you can have on the forecourt? Then look no further. I message Glenn about looking for a van for my personal training business, he responded very quickly and started the search for what I wanted. After been sent numerous option I selected the van that was right for me and we completed the deal. Glenn was in touch every step of the way until he delivered the car to me. Highly recommended.
