I had trouble with ordering two of the parts online. I called and left a message but did not get a return call. I tried to order them again, same issue. This time I used the chat feature and the person on the chat was able to resolve my issue right away. I would use them again.

Perfect Cover!
The cover for my fire pit arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is impressive - very sturdy to protect from damage. The biggest challenge was getting the protective film off the cover before attaching the handle! This cover looks great and will protect my investment in my fire pit.
