Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniões

Excellent service by a very aproachable staff. Highly reccommende.

I was having trouble selling my property and was getting passed around back and forth between companies who were just trying to make money from my difficult situation however after getting in contact with Paul who was able to help without thinking about how it would benefit him. He was able to provide me with my EWS1 within a day due to my property sale on the verge of collapsing, without receiving payment or waiting for payment to clear he provided me with my certificates which should now be enough to sell my property without any issues. Paul’s service is 10/10 and his commitment and communication to his customers is over and beyond anyone’s expectations. He was super helpful and stayed in touch even now after he provided the certification. Thank you Paul and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help from an honest person who clearly wants to help people over ripping them off.

Amazing experience with Paul and team. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service provided to me. I got my ESW1 form promptly and it was a fantastic experience. Something that would have been so difficult and stressful for me was handled promptly by Paul.

I would like to thank Paul for his quick and professional communication while seeking an EWS-1. It was completed quickly and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Highly recommended this company, I contacted Paul requesting a quick turnaround on an EWS1 form to get our apartment on the market.

Paul was so helpful and accommodating and an added bonus of the most competitive quote we got with the fastest turnaround.

Thanks again

Excellent communication, setting expectations of the process and costs. Fast turnaround and very professional. I was previously recommended to Paul by a few Companies and wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again.

Super fast and efficient service from Paul. Excellent communication and timely responses to email queries. 5 star.

Paul from Fire Risk Assessment was absolutely outstanding in helping me out . He was incredibly informative, forthcoming and helpful beyond measure. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. He was able to answer all my questions regarding my EWS1 form which solved all my issues with a mortgage provider.

There are simply no words to describe how helpful and supportive Paul has been for us. We had a fire in our home almost a year ago, and we have had many challenges along the way trying to find out what the problem was, and what has to be done to make us feel safe again. The source of the fire was from a neighbouring property, so trying to establish the cause hasn't been straightforward. However, when Paul arrived on the scene with his tremendous expertise and knowledge, everything started to progress, and we now are hopeful that we will be able to stop worrying about another fire, largely due to Paul's support. We can't thank Paul enough for getting us to this point and we hugely appreciate his excellent professionalism, responsiveness and compassionate approach. Thank you Paul!

Paul replied very promptly which was much appreciated as I wanted to get my property on the market. Very smooth service and good after sales care as well with offer to amend certificate if needed. Overall a great experience start to finish.

Fast and Efficient Service.

I required an EWS1 certificate to allow the sale of my property to be concluded. Paul communicated with me on the same day as I sent the request and within 2 days I had the certificate. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very helpful in assisting with the safety certificates required for selling our flat. Always professional and helpful, and responded quickly in getting us the documents we needed in as short a time as possible.

Quick response, easy to communicate with and really helpful. Helped me tick a thing off my very long to do list when selling my property, which helps the stress levels! Would recommend.

Paul turned around the form in a day for us due to tight timescales. Great service.

Paul provided an extremely fast and efficient service. I contacted him on a Friday and he worked over the weekend to make the EWS1 form available asap - the report was available within 48 hours and everything went smooth without any issue - really happy with the quick service.

Contacted Paul who was recommended by my selling agents and Factor as a EWS1 was required.Paul came back to me quickly and it turned out they very recently carried out an EWS1 assessment of our building already. Therefore the information was already available which saved an awful lot of hassle and we were issued with the report within a few minutes after settling the invoice. Very quick and efficient service, very helpful and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend the service. Paul is not only professional and knowledgeable, he is also very responsive. Post the assessment, ESW1 form was received within hours.

From initial enquiry Paul was both friendly and knowledgeable. A date was agreed for the inspection, Paul attended and I received the Certificate same day.
I would definitely recommend Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland). Pleasure to deal with and experts in their field.
