I ordered a $500 Jacket as a birthday gift for my son. The SAME week I received it, it went on sale for $300. When I inquired about a credit (not a refund) for $200 I was told no - I must RETURN the Jacket within 30 days, then I could re order the same Jacket on sale? They have lost my business and anyone who will listen to me. I would have bought $300 bibs with the credit. No business sense!

This review is for an order I placed on 9/03/2023. I also had a choice on which shipping timeline and I chose USPS Priority 3-8 days. Today is the 7th as I write this. Yesterday was the 6th and the tracking showed my order hadn’t been dropped off or picked up by USPS. My order was for $340, 4 items. Two belts, trace LS shirt and trace pants. I gave four stars because my order sat at the Utah First Lite facility for 3 days. I paid for priority and obviously my order wasn’t priority. I believe this to be a reflection from USPS and not First Lite. I don’t know that but I suspect. I will be doing a review on every piece of FL gear I’ve bought new so watch for my YouTube videos. This will be my first year hunting in FL gear. In the past I used Sitka, UA, Scent Blocker/Scentlok. I have about 60lbs of FL gear. So stay tuned. YouTube we comin.

Horrible customer service, same with the return policy. Clothing is crap..save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.

Beware of First-Lite Return Policies Before Purchasing Anything.
Recently returned a hunting jacket and pair of pants from First Lite. Was not happy with either of the products, the material used to make these items would not survive the western oak brush and the fit of both garments simply put was just odd.
Instead of crediting my card, First Lite sent me a gift card for the purchase price stating that I should treat myself or give it away as a gift! Essentially locking up my money with First-Lite forcing me to purchase something else.
1. I paid for delivery, paid for return shipping, was stuck with a gift card, re-ordered items $303.00 to use up giftcard, total of gift card $316, Looks as though First-Lite kept the difference. Hell of a Deal!
Before purchasing anything from First Lite be sure you read their return policy, I did not, which I accept is my fault and as the customer service rep stated as well when I contacted them.
If you purchase First-Lite products through a second vendor you are subject to their return policy and product warranty, this I learned from another negative review read online. Hmmm only one other negative review, imagine that! Numerous First-Lite reviews I found online were nothing short of Glowing, the majority of the rating are 5s, statistically impossible!
Be advised that First-Lite products are not manufactured in Ketchum, Idaho, they are actually Made in CHINA.
Was a "MEAT-EATER" and Steve Rinella fan, no more. I will not be doing any business with First Lite again.
Not an internet troll, just a disappointed customer getting ready for an elk hunt.
