Ability to get a human that is friendly and communicates well
I've been with First Tech for 20+years and they continue to provide excellent service both in person and online. When calling in, you always find a human that is local and communicates extremely well and for me, that is priceless. Their site is so smooth and easy to manage, and they improve features continually.
