Friendly and professional

First tech welcomed us when we moved to the USA and have been a fantastic, friendly and professional friend to us ever since. Easy to reach and great service. Couldn't be happier

Love the customer service at Bella Bottega

I do most of my in-person banking at the Bella Bottega branch because the service is always excellent. Today I worked with someone new to me, Vimmie Huang, and she impressed me with her customer focus. She was very engaging and friendly, which I always appreciate, but she also paid attention to details, like updating my account info, reminding me of ways I can get a better return, and asking how my experience has been with FT. She was great, and I was impressed.

Excellent experience

my husband and I were in to set up a CD and had excellent service from Rinsi and her manager, Dannie. Both were very professional and very efficient. Everything was explained very well to us. It was a very pleasant experience.

First Tech is the best bank

First Tech is the best bank, they have helped me relocating to US and getting my first US mortgage. Vimmy is the nicest bank advisor you want to find when you walk into a bank, definitely recommended!
