Notmally use mortgage broker and went with my own bank and couldn’t be happier. Process was simple. No excruciating long forms to fill out and almost everything done on line. Mobile signing with appointments well into the evening with only a couple hours notice based on my schedule not theirs and a location of my choosing was the final touch. Start to funding was about 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Hashim Hunaidi, at First Tech, has been helping me with my accounts for the last 6 months. I dropped him an email today, late Friday before a long weekend, expecting to hear back next week. I received a phone call minutes later, we chatted, discussed a current time-sensitive question, worked out a plan to resolve the matter, and scheduled a future meeting to close it out. Benny was very informative and very helpful. He helped me manage my accounts, and would respond quickly with an answer to my texts. He would solve any problem quickly or would pass it to someone who could help. Of course he would follow up to make sure that the problem was resolved.
