Alana Tate is awesome! She was knowledgeable, efficient and advised me on updating my account of 47 years to make it a lot more efficient. I am so happy now to have overdraft protection which she highly recommended which solved the problem I called her about. I will definitely call her in the future. Carlos knows his stuff
Carlos helped me out. My debit card did not seem to work and he was able to issue me a new card from the branch instantly. Made sure that it worked, and I was on my way.

The Call We Didn’t Want to End
We called in needing help and assuming it would be just another stressful and frustrating call to a corporate office. However, Jose answered and walked us through the steps of how to resolve it. He was able to not only fix the problem but walk us through how to avoid it in the future!
He was such a delight to talk to that I think I was almost sad the issue was resolved and we had to end the call!!
