Jose Flores ws wonderful. He walked me through. a very complicated process with kindness and empathy. The woman I talked to before hug up the phone one me. Jose, spent a great deal of time helping me, making sure I knew how to use my digital wallet while zi wait for my physical card and he advised on some good investment products. He should be running the bank and there should be more people int he world like him.

Kudos to Qina and Ted in Bellevue Downtown Branch
Qina and Ted helped me a lot to do a complex wire under urgent situation. They also guided me how to adjust the plan for loan as well as the limits of my credit card. Amazing experience as always! Strongly suggest you to go to the branch in Bellevue downtown.

Marko was so helpful. He knew that we could have an even better banking experience with First Tech, where we've been members for many years. He asked helpful questions so he could understand our needs, and then set everything up as we wanted. First Tech Bellevue is first rate!
First Tech is first rate! We always enjoy visiting the Bellevue branch. We were helped once again by Ted, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Annie, the branch manager, also spent a few minutes with us and was very kind and thoughtful.

Very good experience today!
We visited the branch today and were welcomed by Jasmine Humphries. She helped me to get my debit card and offered to help to access I ate it online. She was professional, friendly and very helpful. She definitely made the experience very good for us.
