Customer Service
Chelsi was just a delight to work with. I was stressed out and wasn't sure what I was going to do. Chelsi helped me see things in a different way, calmed me down, and made a recommendation for me to speak to the right person. It was wonderful to feel helped.

I'm tired of my bills bouncing on the 1st. I'm supposed to get paid on the first, not the 2nd. This credit union blows but the only choice in town. I'm sick of only choices in this POS state.
