We needed a notary for a release of mortgage and he was very helpful in completing it. Also, he helped inform us of the changes in the checking and savings account rates, along with recommendations for the best CD given our circumstances.

When I made my first payment early, I used the information given in the loan docs I got from the dealer. The PO Box was wrong. When I reached out get some help on finding the payment, all I got was, "We don't have that PO Box. We can't help you. Check with your bank." All three times I email, I got unsupportive, it's your problem, check with your bank responses. When I went back on the webpage to get info for my bank, the $600 payment had been posted. That I used the PO Box listed in the loan docs was ignored by those who responded. Throwing it all back on me and my bank was not good service. Although the bank had a Washington address, I cannot tell if it was the Sammamish bank as the one listed below does not have a PO Box.
