I want to take a moment to recognize Keion Mauldin, Senior Customer Experience Manager at the Terry Avenue branch of First Tech Federal Credit Union in South Lake Union, for the outstanding service he recently provided to my business, MC3 Logistics.
Last week our company faced a payroll processing issue tied to an internal transfer between accounts. Keion stepped in immediately, took full ownership of the situation, and worked quickly to review the transaction, correct the issue, and provide the documentation we needed to resolve the matter.
His responsiveness, calm approach under pressure, and clear bias for action helped us navigate what could have been a very difficult situation for our business. Because of his efforts we were able to stabilize the situation and avoid disruption that could have affected more than 60 employees who depend on timely payroll.
That level of professionalism and commitment does not go unnoticed. Keion represented First Tech extremely well and demonstrated the kind of service that builds long term trust with business clients.
