Over promise and under deliver. Finally received my car over a month after promised. Advertised as in stock..it wasn’t..changed colour to receive one that was ready..it wasn’t. Sales bloke stopped communicating once paperwork signed.

This is the first time we have needed a car having lived in London for many years and as it is all so new, we decided to lease. The industry is a bit if a minefield and I luckily managed ti stumble across 'First Vehicle Leasing' through a Google search.

After submitting my enquiry, our contact Ross Longmuir contacted me immediately, firstly via phone and then via email. As this was our first time, we had a A LOT of questions about the process, how everything worked and things we should/shouldn't look out for.

Ross has been ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE - he answered all of our questions extremely promptly and put us at ease going through this process for the first time.

Ross helped with the car spec, pros &cons of various things, what to expect on delivery, the different colour options available & associated costs and what to expect through the process from him & his team. He even recommended a good place to buy car mats. Once we had chosen the car, Ross gave me a 15 minute phone call to finalise everything and answer remaining questions.
Since receiving the car, Ross has checked in with us and is also following up with the dealer and resolving an issue with the delivery process. He has continued to offer his services throughout and I have no doubt he will always be on hand to help.

His colleagues in the customer service team, namely, Shannon, Cheryl and Leeanne were also extremely helpful and prompt at responding.

I couldn't recommend FVL anymore highly and have already sent their details to a family member ahead of their next car lease.

Such a great experience with my recent upgrade, the transition was very smooth and the helpful advice and help from Peter who helped me choose my latest vehicle and it turned out to be a very good choice!
