Canne reçue dans un délai très rapide très bien emballée par contre après déballage un des éléments de la canne n était pas conforme à la photo présentée sur le site un peu déçu un mail à été envoyé dans l attente d une réponse

Update: I’ve just received my credit from my bank. I’m still not happy with the results as I didn’t get any quick responses from them until after I made my reviews, as well as disputed charges with my bank. Communication is key on both ends, and that isn’t what I experienced. Maybe I will try them again some other time.

Because of the reviews on here, I thought they would trustworthy. I thought wrong.

I emailed customer service a few weeks ago asking when an item would be available, and was told it would be available mid-April. I placed my order as I was willing to wait; Got a confirmation email about order. On April 1st, I received an email from another representative stating that the item wouldn’t be available until mid-April, and asked if I was willing to wait or choose another item. I replied to let them know I was willing to wait, which I also got another reply back with confirmation that my feedback had be received.

So after almost two weeks I decided to reply back to the same email to confirm if my order was still valid, and to which I got NO RESPONSE. (It’s been three days)

This morning (April 14th) I received a new cancellation email from a different person, and it states, “Since we have not yet received a response to our message of April 1, 2021 and the item you ordered will not be available again until the beginning of May, we have canceled the order and refunded the purchase price via the payment method.”

To note I’ve also not received a refunded payment or notification from my bank.

Website and store/company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

suite de la commande de 575,44€ ce jour mail de Fishernator qui me dit que les colis restant seront livrés ce jour à 17H rien j'appel Fedex qui me répond ne pas savoir ou est le colis et de plus on leur à demandé de livrer en économique alors que Fichernator m'a fait payé un Express à 87,66 € DE QUI SE MOQUE T'ON et pas de réponse de Fishernator

Llevo tres semanas esperando mi pedido y ni ellos saben donde se encuentra.

Excellent service.. Ordered a Shimano Dialuna rod at a very good price.
Order placed on a Sunday evening the rod was delivered Fri afternoon (fully tracked all the way from Austria - UK)
Everything was packed properly and in order. (The Xmas chocolate included was a nice touch!)
Would definitely use again.

Brilliant service ordered a rod £70 cheaper than anywhere in the UK. From Austria was ordered late Friday was delivered Thursday fully tracked all the way bubble wrapped and in two boxes, free shipping. Great service and instant communication will 100% use again. Was worried as iv ordered before from Europe and been messed about nothing to worry about at all with this company.

My new reel arrived today safe and well.
I ordered on Friday 30/10/20 and it arrived Wednesday 4/11/20
From Austria - through Germany and to the UK - that is fast !!

Used this company twice now to buy quite expensive Shimano Tranx reels. Prices are good and shipping to sunny Barnsley in Yorkshire took around 5 days. Items well packed, both reels in retail packaging and in "factory fresh" condition. Good company to deal with. Only minor issue was that I received an email confirming my order but no email to confirm the item had been shipped. Happy days with this company.

I purchased 3 Daiwa Emblem 45 SCW QD from Fishernator. They were very competitively priced compared to the UK market. In fact £20 cheaper per reel than I could find in the UK. I Ordered on a Monday and the reels arrived on the next Friday. Well packed. I can't speak highly enough of the service. Will definitely use again.

Ordered my rods on Sunday arrived by Thursday I was sceptical about ordering rods from another country but extremely great service and well packed..go for it !

I bought a Shimano Stradic 4000 from Fishernator Germany, who not only had it in stock, but were the cheapest,by far.It was despatched quickly and was in my hands within four days of clicking. It was very well packed, meaning the manufacturer's carton was protected.This was delivered faster than I would expect from UK suppliers, great German efficiency- why, oh why, oh why is the U.K leaving the EU ?

Exceptional customer service. Basia SLD x 3 arrived exactly when I was told they would, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. On top of all of this the price was fair. This is despite several phone calls to several fishing shops here in the U.K.
I have to say that instead of complaining about European companies taking sales that U.K. stores could learn a lot. Put the price aside for a moment..the customer service was second to none and replies to my enquiry were promptly received. The tracking system for my purchase was 100% correct and on time and a lot faster than it takes to receive parcels here in the U.K. The care and attention to packaging my purchase against damage was superb.
You just feel like Fishernator care about their customers and that is how it should be.
100% buy from them with confidence.
