Fantastic customer service and speed of…

Fantastic customer service and speed of delivery. I changed my order after submitting online and this was actioned within a few minutes with good communication and then submitted to the courier quick smart. Well done on running a company that is so easy to deal with - and super efficient. A great combo!

When I placed my order I was informed it would be delivered the next day. It was four days before i got it

Sorry Joe,that is totally in-correct. This order 7205 was placed on the 24/10/19 at 9:35am and was delivered on the 25/10/19 https://eship.nzpost.co.nz/track.aspx?code=4762980000426201WLG001ON

The second order (which is not this one you have left a review on) was placed on Friday and deliver Tuesday - as mentioned we do not own Courier Post and rely on their network to get good out. If you needed them urgently then ordering Thursday or arranging a 1 hour courier from Christchurch to Wellington might be the best idea.

Sorry you feel the need to leave a 2 star review for otherwise exceptional service we offer.

Great all round service

Fair pricing, fast delivery and communication were all of a high standard. Very pleased with purchase, more pleased it arrived within a couple of days.

I bought my garmin fenix 6 watch from this shop whilst traveling New Zealand, the last day before heading back to Australia the watch had a fault and the guy who owned the shop helped me out no questions asked. I honestly couldn't give a better wrap for this shops customer service. This is exactly what the world is missing out on in sales and customer service. My experience dealing with these guys has been awesome. Thanks again mate
