Ordered a Kettlebell which arrived on time, however just wrapped in plastic. In recollection, it might be my own fault as I ordered the cheapest ones on the site.
After unwrapping, one of the weight stickers had already fallen off completely and the second was half off. The surface of the kettlebell was damaged slightly, not dangerous and won’t impact its use but….

I try to buy somewhat local rather than going on Amazon. In this case it took two weeks to deliver the item. Customer service was prompt but it didn't resolve the issue any quicker.
I appreciated the customer response and follow up on the matter.
