I received a text on 15/6/26 telling me my order had been delivered, I was in all day so I keen it hadn’t. I checked on their app and could clearly see it hadn’t been delivered as the phot showing said please put parcels over back gate ( I do not have a back gate )
I spoke to Aidan this morning on your help line, he looked in to it for me and could see by the coordinates it was delivered to 282 Long Road Canvey Island .
Now on July 10th I would have been receiving parcels from you for two years and DPD has always been my courier and in all this time they have never not delivered a parcel they have been 100%.
I live on. Residential park home and I have been told that this particular DHL driver has been banned from coming into our site because of his constant speeding, I have come home today and the security guard handed me a box with todays delivery ORD 1701914 N9W5M3 ( firstly why could my hole order be boxed as one ) now this means every month I will not receive my delivery at my house because the driver has been banned.
Aidan did say he was going to look into my outstanding order and chase it up, but this is the first delivery DHL has done for me through you and as I have an order every month I am very concerned.
Just clarify Aidan was very sympathetic and helpful this morning.
I have emailed 3 more times and have commented via Facebook and still no response .
My last hope will be writing to Richard Cornwell the MD. Let’s hope he is more helpful

Sadly they take an age to answer emails, 3 sent over the last few weeks and not 1 reply. They use DPD which has been awful. Lost packages, ripped packages and packages left in ridiculous places.

get ignored when you have an issue
Lack of aknowledge from them you send a email stating your issue and then you get ignored its not very friendly service. The products are good and delivery ok but if staff cant be bothered then 2 stars are enough this is the second time iv had same issue with getting ignored

I order my requirements from Fittleworth who contact my surgery who in turn issue a prescription. This for me works very efficiently. The staff at Fittleworth are always very pleasant, understanding and helpful. I’ve not had a problem with anything and my order always arrives on time.

After submitting my prescription
After submitting my prescription to my surgery, it was approved and forwarded to Fittleworth who contacted me via the courier to advise me of a delivery date/time which was adhered to. A simple and straightforward procedure which works perfectly every time.

Medication top up.
I need a top up on medication every 8 to 12 weeks. When you ring in to place another order the staff are so helpful, confirming that the prescription will be delivered within 10 days. Delivery by DPD means you are aware of a time slot for delivery. All very good.

I have always had very positive experiences
I have always had very positive experiences with Fittleworth. If I ring, they always know how to help and are very kind natured on the telephone. I have never had any issues with delivery, but I tend to be home so it’s all good. Overall 10/10!

I don’t have any issues or worries about not receiving my order once placed . The staff in the call centre answer in a professional and friendly manner and make the call personnel to you. The delivery of the items are always on the date and time given and updates from the drivers are always welcoming, certainly friendly once delivered and I fell confidence that I can trust the courier also to deliver what they promise.

the last 2/3 deliveries
the last 2/3 deliveries, there are several pouches that have leaked after a couple of hours of being worn. originally thought it was my fault ( after 6 years of using ).
Started checking adhesive on pouches , discovered that on a few of the pouches very patchy. I am now anxious going out and extremely anxious of over night as a few incidents have occurred. Obviously disrupted sleep. And having to launder bedding.
Can anybody advice what i can do or who to speak to.

I have previously had issues
I have previously had issues, items out of stock and not being informed.
But today 11/06/26 I received my order of four items, each in its own packaging and each with it's own delivery note.
Also received four emails and four texts.
Plus this delivery came with a new courier, with a eight hour slot.
The previous courier gave a two hour slot ,and they always arrived within that slot.

Fast and efficient delveries.
I order via my doctors who then issue an order number to Fittleworth. This system works well. Only problems are that deliveries can arrive over different days from the same order. Any queries by phone have always been dealt with politely.
