My wife ordered on the 20th April, it's now 30th May and it has still not shipped. Order sat on preparing shipment since 20th April.

Contact with fjackets has been limited, when asked for updates, they have replied with standard responses assuring us that the order is in progress.

Hard to believe them or have confidence that the item will actually ship and arrive.

I would recommend that you avoid this company given our experience.

I would like to provide an update on this and amend my initial review.

Within 24hrs we were contacted by a customer service supervisor, Hazel who apologised and said they would investigate. And investigate they did and offered us options for moving forward (replacing the order with a different product or keep the original order). We choose to keep the original order.

Hazel kept us informed and provided tracking information

The item was delivered yesterday (9th June) and is perfect.

I love the jacket that I bought - it's exactly what I wanted. I had a small problem with a duplicate jacket being sent, but the Customer Service Team at FJackets is excellent and made short work of the problem. I would recommend FJackets: quality products, terrific customer service, great prices.

Pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of two jackets i purchased from F jackets. Initially hesitant due to the extraordinarily low pricing. I used to buy Belstaff jackets , but i think they are vastly overpriced for what you get ( essentially paying for a badge)
Excellent quality in leather , i have a soft lambskin and a soft camel tone suede jacket from F jackets , both ever so slightly long in the arms but that is not an issue. I do recommend this company , tracking is excellent and delivery fast with no delays.

So glad to find this site. They were fast getting the jacket to me. I have been looking for a Leather jacket for quite a while. This is a great quality and fits great. I love this jacket. Am considering buying another one in a different style. Very happy with this.

Excellent Customer Service and Honest Refund Policy

I was very pleased with the customer service. When I raised my concerns, they acted promptly and even issued a refund, which I really appreciated. Honest and trustworthy people.

The colour and fit of the jacket were very nice, but unfortunately I did not like the material. However, they handled the situation professionally and refunded my money without any issues. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service.

These jackets are not 100% lambskin nor are they full or top grain leather. They are bonded leather (little pieces pressed together) and if you've had any quality leather jackets, you'd know the difference. I ordered my jacket, took 3 weeks, and I got a bill from FedEx for $15.00 to cover the excess tax due to the tariffs. Instead of charging more, they had FedEx send me a bill. Their customer service responded to me which is appreciated. Purchase at your own risk. This is not 100% lamb skin and to prove it I'm taking my jacket to a leather specialist in town. Stay tuned :)

I am very happy with my new jacket. It is so soft and fits great. It came so fast and was packaged nicely. I'd shop again.

Excellent online vendor; a breath of fresh air compared to some of the online experiences I have had. By way of summery, I give FJackets the Highest possible rating for value, selection,quality and service. Great communication while waiting for delivery. Overall more than satisfied rating evidenced by my ordering a second jacket shortly after the first.

My experience with FJackets was absolutly seemless. The jacket I received was exactly what I wanted and fit perfectly. However, it is important to follow the sizing guide and you won't need to send anything back. Couldn't be happier. Looking forward to my next purchase

Maybe I’m just lucky but the jacket fits like it’s already been tailored. I’m 5’11, 225 (dad body) and it looks great, and the material met and exceeded my expectations! I bought a different pea coat from another seller, and I have to get it tailored because it’s too big in the back (Lumbar) and too wide in the hips.

Very hard to find a leather coat with sleeves for a tall person. This jacket looks, fits and feels great. Plus...bonus! A zip out hood piece for colder days. Service met my high expectations as well. A+!

Omg. I loved everything about this experience. My jacket is beautiful. I love it!!! It arrived at a decent time after order was placed with tracking information keeping me up to date. The packaging of the jacket was an added surprise. It was beautiful and showed much care given to the product. I will be referring all my friends looking for a jacket to this company!!!!!!!
