Buyer beware. Flaghouse was recently purchased by School Specialty. I placed an order a month ago. No idea when it's coming. I sent multiple requests via email. No response. I tried calling...the first 3 times the prompts lead to me being hung up on! I finally got someone on the line from School Specialty. They have no record of the order, asked for my patience, and will get back to me when they can! Amazing! I can't even cancel the order! So they have my money and no record of any order as they are wading through backlogs. FYI, I may have to go to my bank to cancel and get my funds back. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

I have been buying from FlagHouse for a few years now. I have selective mutism, anxiety, and sensory issues so I'm always looking for new products that work for me and I have found many through them. I originally found them through Amazon. I had purchased a pressure vest for myself which turned out to be the wrong size and they only had the right one in stock through their site so I purchased it from there. My most recent purchase was for a vibrating plush toy as well as a foot massage vibrator and a fog light show machine. The vibrators are both working very well for me. I haven't gotten a chance to try playing with the fog machine yet. I came specifically to buy the plush that was in stock as I had previously purchased a different one that was back ordered. I really needed a replacement for the one I had, which stopped working, as soon as possible, so I decided to get the one that was in stock now so I had something while I was waiting for the one I really wanted. Since I'm rating for my recent experience, I'm giving them 5 stars, however in the past I might have given them 4 as there was one area I felt they could improve. I'm not sure if they have or not as I have not purchased anything relevant to my issue in a while. The issue I had was with their weighted blankets. I had purchased several of them and they all came in one box. I had to unpack it outside because it was way too heavy for me so I feel it's worth mentioning that if buying weighted blankets from them, if ordering multiple, definitely consider the combined weight of the package and make multiple orders if needed instead of one.
