Goods not arrived
Goods have not arrived yet, ordered 6th December. I understand postal strikes may have a lot to do with it, but 4 weeks seems a long time. Hoping I won't need to wait too much longer
Edit: A full refund was issued quickly after I contacted them. It seems goods went to carriers but never reached me. No delivery attempted as I never left my house due to covid 😢

I got charged for an item that never…
I got charged for an item that never arrived. Was expected to fill out a form, which I did complete but but because it needed signing and my phone wouldn't let me I have not been able to attached said signed form to receive my product.. they asked me if I have had received it at home and asked me to have a look before they submitted a refund. However still not received item or refund so won't be ordering till it get sorted.

Stuff was good but waited so long to receive items, think that's more down to royal mail than the company itself though. Can be very hit and miss with what you get quality wise
