Received a jacket with the "small" label cut out, when I ordered a "large". Stock was clearly received as defective but sold anyway. Poor.

Shambolic!
I will never purchase another item from this shambolic company.
My item was stolen and this amateur outfit refused to accept any responsibility for my loss.

The Becks and Hersey random sizing
The Becks and Hersey sizing is not consistent. Ordered a large track suit which was very small sizing, I'd say in reality its a small. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans all 36R in the slim fit, one pair fit great but the over two were to big and baggy. Ive returned the stuff that doesn't fit but I've not had any word about my refund. I messaged customer services but they said they don't know if return has been received.
