Wish I had read the reviews first!!
Must remember to never buy anything advertised on Facebook.
Been two weeks and nothing changed on the tracking.
I’ve emailed them twice and no response.

22nd March ordered ..Waited for weeks for this Pen to arrive. Contacted 9th April...them...no response. Two days ago Pen arrived..opened it this morning the Pen isn't even loaded with anything. Empty.
I've emailed them...doubtful they'll response I should of listened to others. Scam
Don't use

my item I received is faulty ... contacted them several times but no reply. DO NOT USE. wasted my money and nothing to show for it. WHY cant these companies contact you back

Absolutely superb they gave me an excellent service so I can’t complain. Person below probably just never waited the week for it to arrive. Silly sausage.

Absolutely shocking company, I bought an item from this company and it’s faulty and doesn’t work, I have sent numerous emails with no answer back and now lost my money and nothing to show for it. Do NOY buy from this company.

Been a week since this product was ordered and hasn't even been shipped yet. Not good enough and certainly won't be using this company again.

Had Melissa today for lip blush top up (have also had her for nose filler dissolve and skin booster in summer) she is amazing and I love all my treatments off her. My lips look so good. I was also having a really bad day today and she made time to have a lovely chat with me and made me feel a lot better. Thank you xx

I booked in with Holly for my fine line tattoo and I absolutely love it. Holly helped me with the design and it was sp fast & painless.
The salon is so welcoming and all the girls are fabulous.

Been going to flawless for a few years now, Holly is a miracle worker! Always feel very welcome in the shop, all staff are very informative with a wealth of knowledge in aesthetics if you need to ask any questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend.

I was surprised when I saw the 3.6 result as I've gone to Flawless Cosmetics (who do fillers by the way, they don't sell products) several times and was very happy each time. I have another appointment in a couple of weeks and was curious to see the reviews. When I saw all the negative reviews I immediately panicked but when I read them I realised it was for another company lol

Bought a mascara from them in April and 2 months later, it has still not arrived. Non responsive to emails or texts and now firmly believe this company is a scam. I got scammed before and left a negative review but someone got in touch with a far fetched story that this was a different company and that the name was similar but not them. I foolishly believed them and removed the review but now know they are a SCAM!!! They have since changed their names to London Lamps, from flawless cosmetics, this is shown on my shipping information on shop, so please, buyers beware. I have contacted my bank and also trading standards, they are the biggest, lying and cheating company that I have had the misfortune to come across, I have told everyone that I know about them and would tell everyone to avoid like the plague!!
Oh and they will respond to this review by saying this review is intended for another company and not them, believe me, it is them 100% and nobody else. They trade under various names when the net closes in, but they will get caught eventually, and I hope it’s soon!!

I’ve had previous lip filler dissolved and refilled by Holly. I’ve also had my smile lines filled and I absolutely love them. Holly makes you feel so comfortable! I went to the Leeds and Birmingham salons and they were both beautiful. The best aesthetics service I’ve had!

Holly made me feel completely comfortable. Amazing service, very professional , I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10/10 so happy with my results
