Ps it would be helpful if they came iwith sheafs rather than the boxes. Far more accessible

A replacement knife was provided for an existing one which had become discoloured.
Despite this small issue Flint & Flame knives are, from years of experience, superb quality and as a company they operate to the highest standards.
Great company and great products.

Great products, had a problem however resolved promptly

I had a question which I put to flint &flame, they went away and came back with a solution. I have purchased many items from f&f and always found them prepared to think outside the box.

What a fantastic company to deal with and the knifes are fantastic

I experienced the best in Customer Service after a referral from a friend about these great knives! Honestly the best, most attractive and sharp knives I have ever owned. Presentation is excellent too. 100% 🤗

Always excellent products, thank you. I have a big collection now and love these knives and oven gloves. Thanks team

the knife arrived quickly, very well packaged and is extremely useful. I've added it to my collection of these knives, they're all really good quality and stay sharp for ages if you take care of them. The only knives I use for cooking/chopping etc now. nothing else comes close

Another quality purchase from Flint & Flame

I really am so impressed with both the quality of product and the high level of customer care.
Thank you

I had a very informative chat with you at Taste of London, as a result of which I purchased a knife as a present for a budding chef, which was delivered safely and quickly. The knife itself is a thing of beauty and the recipient has pronounced himself exceedingly pleased with it. Fantastic product and service , many thanks.

Customer service was second to none. Efficient, speedy, understanding and customer focused.

Very helpful at the GYS and the follow up was prompt and very efficient. The product itself is excellent.

So helpful replacement arrived within 3 days.
Outstanding.

Prompt service, although, disappointment that the knife had to be replaced

The level of service was amazing. No quibble no ifs or buts, just plain honest to goodness responses
You gotta love them ❤️

The knives are expensive and there are cheaper alternatives. However, on present experience worth the money. The only reason for four stars is limited use at present with no knowledge of longevity and edge retention. So far would definitely buy again.

You sent me a replacement knife that had broken under guarantee, without question and only asking for photo of damaged knife. I originally asked if they could match the price I paid for it at a show and not expected a replacement with no charge. This I feel was customer service at it's highest. Thank you
