Following a slight problem with a previous purchase, the company sort things in a fast , efficient, friendly & professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of service I received & would use this company again.

Bought as a gift for my husband and he says the knife is amazing! I was a bit stuck what to pick for him but the customer service guys were super helpful helping me choose. Will absolutely use again and hubby is looking to build up his knife set over the year.

Lovely knives. Great quality and feel. Extremely sharp.
Expensive but bought on a special offer which helped a lot.

All great. Great products, great communication, great delivery. And especially great to be able to speak to somebody on the phone!!! oh Okay Thank you.

Really happy with the product. Excellent customer service. Quick delivery.

Quick response to my email. Easy to order once I had found the drop down clearance menu. VERY quick secure delivery.

A fantastic quality product matched with superb, good old fashioned service.

I have got several of these knives and am extremely happy with them. The sharpening stone for me is a necessity as you can keep the knives sharp and ready to use. I also have the bamboo cutting board which again is amazing. I have had it for a few years now, keep oiled and it’s still like new. The delivery is very quick. Thank you flint & flame.

Great price and delivery instructions complied with. Another fine purchase from Flint & Flame.

Great service replaced my knives which had water damage handles at a nominal cost and replaced another under their warranty, very helpful

Superb product and a great present for a baker!

F&F knives are excellent, and the customer service matches the product. Great communication and I will definitely order more.

Great customer service, top quality products, im a gold member, and several flint and flame products, who could ask for more ?!!!

Having bought a set of knives for my son in law there were a lot of security to go through to enable me to buy them. When I wanted to buy a set for myself I thought it would go through easily. However, it took me at least 3 attempts having been refused and email contact with the company for the sale to finally go through. Despite some frustration I was impressed with the security.

Another great order from Flint and Flame, I'm no chef but I enjoy cooking and all of your Pro series are excellent knives. They keep their edge retention and the versatility of the series means I have a knife for every event

Good offers, great customer service, superb products.
