Flint & Flame UK Opiniões

I'm thrilled with the Flint and Flame knives I own. Although I'm not a chef by trade, I have a few Flint and Flame professional chef knives, which stay incredibly sharp. The collection is wonderfully versatile, and using them is a breeze. Delivery is consistently reliable, and now my family knows exactly what gifts to get me for birthdays and other occasions. I highly recommend these knives.

My knife broke, and we claimed under their warranty and it was replaced immediately with no problem

The best knives we have ever owned and your Customer service is of equal level

Great service. Quick delivery and ease of ordering. Good quality knives.

Long wait for delivery. So best to order in advance. If for a gift.
Quick and easy to order.
Great quality knives. Bought as gift.
As I've got the knives myself. Would highly recommend.

Online order process easy. Comes good. Items delivered securely with request for ID which is very important.

Great knives, this was a purchase to complete my set.
Quality knives which are ergonomically designed for ease of use and weighty and sharp enough to ease cutting.

Flint and Flame always deliver.
Easy communication over the phone and hassle free request to replace a broken knife, down to the engraving on the handle. Will definitely use them again when I need another knife.

Knives have been delivered on time and they feel and cut lovely, very happy wit them

Quality knives and superb service having been a professional chef fir over 48 years would def recommend the professional ones

Good knives, simple

Superb products, used new knives for first time and absolute quality and as described. Well balanced, easy to slice variety of vegetables and meat. We have previously had another type of knife and these are great additions. Thoroughly recommend.

The product is great! The amazing offers for black friday alwaya make me a repeat customer. It's not 5 stars because the delivery wasn't on time and no reply to my email when I queried it which is disappointing as usually the Customer Services is spot on!

Fantastic knives
I bought 2 in 2024 I added a third knife in 2025
I never realised how much easier work in the Kitchen would be.
Because of their packaging I have even gifted a further two knives.
Quick and efficient service as well

Easy to order and product perfectly presented in a Flint & Flame Box. We ordered the Bottle Opener/Cork Screw for a 21st, personalised with initials. Like all their knives it was beautiful made and I know it will be treasured by the young man. We have ordered several of their knives and always been impressed by the quality and service. Thank you.

Easy to order and quick delivery. We had a problem with a knife we bought last year so I contacted them online, sent photo and they organised a replacement the same day which we received three days later. Excellent customer service and so please with our recent order.

Great knives, great customer service

I've had flint and flames knives for 8 years now and they've always been excellent. Unfortunately one of them broke recently and the customer service team were excellent in arranging a replacement straight away. I also brought the 3 wheel sharpener, which is a massive step up from the single wheel version.

Excellent knives and a free knife sharpener

We’re currently looking for some new knives and had been considering Damascus ones, but spotted this company’s stand at the Christmas market. The greeting was somewhat unusual, not rude as such, just the kind of interaction that makes you wonder if you’ve accidentally walked up to the wrong stall.

There was food available for demonstrations, but none were offered. When we asked about prices, we were informed that the knives were expensive. This point was repeated with sufficient emphasis that we understood it fully. We were then shown a 20-piece set, accompanied by a joke about a special deal if we get 2. We do not require 40 knives, so this surprisingly didn’t influence us.

The whole interaction had a peculiar tone, which gave the impression that our age might have been taken as an indicator of our budget. All in all, an odd approach to sales.
