Phenomenal

Flip dish, it’s not a cheap system, but by far the best on the market before I set up my business almost a year ago, I looked at so many different systems for creating, managing and ultimately harvesting my client database to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction, because I realised that the money isn’t just on selling a one off burger it’s about constantly reaching out to and touching those customers.
Flip dish does all of this and so much more, and as time goes on and I use the system more and more which I advise anyone that purchases flip dish learns to use it to its full capabilities.
It’s an incredibly versatile system and has allowed me to effectively open restaurants in geographical areas where I don’t even have a restaurant, therefore saving me thousands of pounds on physical locations and ultimately staff to run those physical locations.
It has paid for itself over and again.
I would recommend anyone in the hospitality industry to look very closely at Flipdish .
On another note, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Very professional and Christian. My own account manager is a fountain of knowledge and a solution creator on another level.

Excelente servicio y trato amable

Nos unimos a FLIPDISH como empresa hace un par de meses, y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Si bien el comienzo fue lento (ya que estamos informando a nuestros clientes de la plataforma) hemos ido aumentando las ventas. Siempre muy dispuestos a apoyar y ayudar en lo que necesitamos, con una respuesta rápida y efectiva. Destaco a Mariano, que con muy buena disposición y rapidez siempre está dispuesto a apoyar en lo que necesitamos, haciendo un seguimiento constante.

Poor Poor after service. AVOID THEM

They will sell you the product and afterwards will forget that you even exist. You will go through hundreds of people explaining same thing and they will come back with same answer that ‘they have escalated it and all you can do is wait now’ for which by the way the never get back to you. Im going on social media with all the proofs i have and will share it with everyone so you know that you have to avoid them at all cost.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Support and Major Business Impact

I initially had a great experience using Flipdish's equipment and software. The setup was smooth, and everything worked well at the start. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been absolutely terrible.

For the past six months, I’ve been trying to resolve a serious issue and despite calling more than nine times and submitting over five customer service tickets, nothing has been done. My most recent ticket (#17153) has also been completely ignored. Promises of manager callbacks never materialise at this point, I’m not sure the management team even exists. The integration team has been equally unresponsive and ineffective.

As a direct result of Flipdish’s negligence, my business has suffered significantly. Our rating with partners dropped from 4.8 stars to 2.8, and our partner sales plummeted from £5,200 to just £1,200. This level of disregard has cost me both money and reputation.

I’ve decided to move to a more reliable software provider and would strongly caution others about relying on Flipdish for long-term business needs.

He listened carefully to my concerns and responded promptly with clear and effective solutions. What stood out most was their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to great service these days—highly recommended!

Great personal super fast service

Great service on a weekly based Phon call with Mathis from Flipdish that can help to find solutions, answers to questions and help to develop my business with new strategies that other don’t offer and all this is included in a fixed monthly payment of only 69£.
I work with Deliveroo, uber eats, just eat ,, they are much more expensive and don’t really care or do like Flipdish does.

At Flipdish, we manage the ordering system to connect you with the restaurant, but unfortunately, we don’t handle the actual delivery logistics, which are managed by the restaurant. We strive to provide a seamless ordering experience and will share your feedback with our partners to help prevent similar issues in the future.

Avoid! Not what it appears to be. Amatuer hour!

The on-boarding experience is not great, and there is a concerning lack of proper support and customer service. Great marketing and sales pitch but the after sales experience is very poor.

Flipdish look like a case where they have a good idea and good funding but lack significantly on the deliverables. Highly unprofessional requirements for a restaurant to rely on Whatsapp for all communications, service and support. They only work basic hours and there is not after hours support. No auditing, or other means of incident or task management. Appalling.

We canceled with 2 weeks, but still waiting for any acknowledge and refund. We will likely have to create a chargeback with out bank.

We gave up and will instead partner with another provider.
