Bad service 😩😩😒

The service very bad many time the driver come late and today I ordered food and still waiting 2hours without receiving anything after that i take taxi and i went to the restaurant and spend 20euro for the taxi.they are really make me nervous and upset i lost 20+5 euros because this bad service

Loved working with Lucia

Lucia, has been super helpful and has gone the extra mile anytime I needed her help with Flipdish (which unfortunately was a lot, I didn't have a great experience with Flipdish, just didn't work the way I was told it would). I would highly recommend working with Lucia, she's a very patient, kind and knowledgeable person. I cannot thank her enough.

Best decision we have ever made

Best decision we have ever made, a great company overall with even better people, always willing to go above and beyond and a clear example of wanting to help grow a business, we have worked with many PoS providers in the past and I would always recommend Flipdish to anyone who wants to grow their business

Dissapointing

Our experience with Flipdish has been extremely disappointing. We rely on their kiosk and payment system for our restaurant, but the devices have been plagued with persistent issues. For over two weeks, our kiosk has been non-functional, and the payment terminal frequently disconnects, despite stable internet speeds and exhaustive troubleshooting on our end.

The customer service has been slow, unprofessional, and ineffective. They repeatedly provide generic advice and fail to address the core problems. Communication feels like talking in circles, with no clear resolution or accountability. As a business, this has caused significant disruption to our operations, loss of sales, and damage to our brand reputation.

We expected better support and reliability from a company in this space. Unless Flipdish makes major improvements to their hardware, systems, and customer service, I cannot recommend their services to any business owner looking for a dependable solution.

We understand how critical these tools are to your day-to-day operations, and we sincerely regret the disruption, lost sales, and frustration this has caused. A two-week outage and inconsistent support are not acceptable, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Your comments have been escalated internally for urgent review by our technical and customer support leads. We are taking this seriously and are committed to identifying what went wrong and ensuring it’s addressed properly.

Tried giving them feedback on their app…

Tried giving them feedback on their app that they whitelabel for businesses as a customer. However they were not willing to listen and take the feedback onboard, despite the obvious usability problems in some areas. So, I unfortunately won't ordering from businesses who use Flipdish going forward.

Support Ignores You

Started great. But support on tech issues and faults is appalling, I have chased support and the account manager for months about specific tech/hardware issues and it gets completely ignored. The product is good, when it works, but I wouldn’t now recommend them given the expense versus competitors.

La atención que he recibido es de 10, tanto la gestora que tenía antes como o el gestor que tengo ahora. Siempre se preocupan por mejorar las ventas de tu negocio, dando ideas y aportando soluciones... Seguiremos unos cuantos años más trabajando juntos!

Gran experiencia gracias a Macarena dastolfo

Una buena experiencia como usuario, ya que llevo trabajando con ellos varios años y como restaurante hemos ido creciendo con su ayuda, en especial por el gran trabajo desarrollado por my account manager macarena dastolfo que es una ayuda increíble!, una persona que siempre está ahí para darte soluciones y no complicaciones, un 10 gracias a maca!😊
