Unprofessional and impatient
This company also sells insulated garden offices on Ebay UK.
We made an enquiry for a small garden office through Ebay. Andrew (Director) explained that he takes a 33% deposit through invoicing on Revolut before an order can go ahead.
However, Andrew, without notice, abruptly cancelled the order soon after. He stated that" I had not paid when I said I would."
This wasn't 3 weeks without payment, or 2 weeks or even 1 week.... it was 24hrs without payment.
This is not only unprofessional but highly suspicious behaviour.
He has no feedback on Ebay. No feedback on his website of satisfied customers. He has 1 review on Trust pilot (this one.)
He wants your money immediately and cancels without warning or polite payment reminders.
We made this order (though not through Ebay) by communication directly.
Make of it what you will.
Not normal business practice to say the least.
