The overall experience with Flowers on 1st was amazing. They had great communication and response time when I had a question about an arrangement. I ended up ordering the Big Hug Bouquet for my niece's birthday, and she loved the teddy bear, of course, but my sister-in-law enjoyed having beautiful fresh flowers in her home.
