Horrible experience. Took 20 minutes to set up, another couple of minutes to input my credit card info. Hit confirm but never got confirmation. Flowbird will not help if you get a parking ticket.

I used it today for another car plate. I double checked it but when I got a ticket after work came back and saw it was the other plate. Just buy ticket from the machine and put it on your window. I paid 59 for the ticket. They will just blame u if there is an error. The city allowed them for a purpose. Email flowbird about the ticket. They said it has nothing to do with them and they didn't refund me the money for the parking ticker I purchased.

After 30mins of setting up the app,unlike other apps that take a few mins, it would not find the location of royal surrey county hospital, you can't put the code in. Plus there phone number doesn't work. Totally awful app.

Can't complete account setup. Link to update password never arrives. An error occurred is the only message. Terrible and utterly useless.

Waitrose use this clown company. The app is appalling, it regularly doesnt work.. Only Sharon White could employ such incompetents

Une vraie arnaque, tout est fait pour vous pousser à l'erreur, si vous êtes trop lent à la saisie vous perdez les 45 minutes gratuites, puis aucune confirmation permettant de justifier que vous êtes en règle, si vous recommencez le processus avec la même plaque d'immatriculation rien n'est sauvegardé, vous pouvez être débité plusieurs fois pour la même période de stationnement, une honte !!! à fuir !!

Sämsta skräp till parkeringsapp!!! Andra dagen i rad som jag inte kan betala med skräpet! Loggar ut, laggar, hittar inte, you name it… Ansvarig inköpare på Kristianstad kommun borde få sparken. Det finns ju appar som fungerar, och så väljer man Flowbird aka Deadbird.

App is poorly designed to encourage mistakes. For instance you can have multiple cars on the app, but they don't ask you to select or confirm the car you're putchas8parking for. Delete wrong car, they take your money and you get ticketed. And if you ask for refund if you figure it out in time and purchase new parking, no refunds for you. It's not a flaw, it's a feature to the parking garage or municipality who rack up the bucks for parking and fines.

Be VERY wary if you see a Car Park operated by Flowbird. I was in Cardigan and saw the Flowbird logo on the P sign. Given the queue I searched Flowbird on Google and found the App. I registered and the 'App' took £1. I then had nothing and no option to enter my car registration. Only later did I have £59.99 taken from my account by a Czech lifestyle company. On complaining to Ceredigion Council it seems that Flowbird manage the car park, but do not take payments for it. The website that took my registration is a Scam.

Lyckas efter många försök ladda ner appen men kan inte starta en parkering. Man ska kunna söka på adress men det fungerar inte. Ringer dem och blir väldigt otrevligt bemött, Får veta att jag gjort fel. Man ska söka på zonkod. Eftersom jag varit försenad så är jag inte längre vid bilen och då kan personen (vars jobb är att hjälpa kunden) inte hjälpa mig. Jag måste veta zonkod. Personen kan inte se zonkoden och hänvisar till kommunen. Vet inte vad kommunen ska kunna göra åt det på måndag när jag riskerar böter på en lördag. Extremt otrevligt bemötande och till ingen hjälp. Järfälla kommun borde säga upp avtalet.

Like everyone else on this site, I have found Flowbird to be absolutely useless. I have tried parking using this app on several occasions with no success whatsoever. I wish I had read the reviews before I downloaded it!! And it’s the local council car park too, I shall be talking to them at the earliest!!

Absolutely appalling app. It never loads a second time after you have opened the app in the preceding 5 hours. Therefore if you purchase a parking session and then try to extend the parking session through the app, it will not reload in order for you to do this. Defeats the whole point of using the app. I tried to do this whilst on holiday in Cornwall and ended up with a parking charge of £100 because I could not run up the beach quick enough to buy a new ticket at the machine before the payment on the app expired, having tried for 10 minutes to get the app to load again. Nothing to do with where I was, as I tried as guest on the beach cafe wifi and also found the app does exactly the same at home in London where I have high speed broadband and wifi and it has happened multiple times when opening the app, so not even just a one-off. The operators of the car park (Armtrac) I suspect know this and as such if your parking session through the app expires by 5 minutes you are issued with a parking penalty. I suspect they are in cahoots, it must be a real money earner for both companies.

What a joke this app is!
I pulled into a carpark that i don't normally use as I had tried my normal parking places and these were full.
I went to pay for my parking and the meter only accepted coins, I didn't have coins so I downloaded the Flowbird app that was displayed at the side of the meter.
I registered and left my card details.
After 10 failed attempts to pay I gave up.
I am now resigned to the fact that I'll receive a fine from the land owner, I even tried contacting the number on the Flowbird app and was advised to contact the land owner, this is an impossible task.
Thank you very much Flowbird for your support and for costing me £100 for 1 hour parking, Could this possibly be some kind of scam...

This company can charge your credit card for parking but cannot issue refunds where the place you parked at for service like merivale imaging for x-rays is fully booked on a Saturday and notes they can't take anymore patients as there slots are booked up. Therefore I couldn't get my refund not happy with there customer service. If they can charge your credit card they should be able to refund it for not being able to use the service for the purpose of my visit

At Sevenoaks Waitrose: took ages to pay via the app. Showed transaction was complete but somehow I still got a £40 fine so went back to check and no record of the transaction!
