Delivery slot not adhered to, even after charging for next day!!!
Assured delivery before 12 the next day !
We paid for this service and it wasn’t delivered. On top of that nobody let us know it wasn’t going to arrive, we prepared the vehicle for the part to be replaced , which sadly disabled the vehicle . With the part not arriving the vehicle was then preventing other jobs entering the workshop area. Very disappointing. Let’s hope it arrives today!

I have looked into you order and can see this was not placed until late on Thursday afternoon, therefore the order was not able to be shipped until Friday morning.
Having checked the tracking, the order was despatched on Friday morning on a pre-12 next working day delivery and was delivered at 11:02am on Monday morning.

Poor Service
Ordered the part Tuesday , Express delivery , email on Wednesday saying it had been delayed and would be Monday before delivery , paid for express because it was needed for the weekend .... emailed for refund of the express delivery as its not express ... no reply thats the level of customer service for you ....
Hi thanks for the reply and the refund , Yes the Highlands is not next day which I did not expect as I'am used to it being 2 day but tbf Monday does not even come close to that , On that note you have credited my delivery charge so cant ask more than that thank you ..

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed your order, I can confirm that it was dispatched on the same day it was placed via DPD. Unfortunately, deliveries to more remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, can occasionally experience delays within the courier network that are outside of our control.
We do make customers aware on our delivery information page that overnight delivery is only available for certain UK delivery addresses and recommend contacting us beforehand to confirm eligibility.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, particularly as the part was needed for the weekend. We also apologise that your email regarding the delivery charge was not responded to promptly. This is not the level of customer service we aim to provide.
I have processed a full refund of the carriage charge this morning.
We appreciate your business and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

You lack range of parts
You lack range of parts, had to go elswhere to get other items. Would have been good if I could have stayed in one place. Simple things like, 3/8 straight female connector, you do the male version but not female. If you do ist difficult to find on site.
Also, i had to keep typing descriptions in to google and wait for flow fit to come up. Type same description in to flowfit search and no go.

Regarding the 3/8" straight female connector, we do stock this item on our website, so we're sorry if it was difficult to locate.
