Ekstremt dårlig behandling av rullestolbrukere

Jeg som rullestolbruker, manuell aktiv stol. Bestillte billet over en måned før avreise. To uker før avreise får jeg melding om at stolen min ikke har plass alikevel. Å at jeg må ta kontakt med kundeservice for å finne en løsning. Problemet her er at stolen min er for «stor». Noe den ikke er. Jeg fikk beskjed om at stolen kan max være 60 cm høy men at den kan være 90 bred og 110 cm lang. Det eksisterer ingen rullestoler som er lavere enn 60 cm å dette er helt tydelig en skrivefeil hos dem. De nekter meg å bli med flyet men tilbyr flyvning dagen før. De dekker ikke hotell for den natten ekstra i oslo. Jeg ber om å få refundert billetten slik jeg kan booke med Norwegian som har fly på ca samme tidspunkt. De sier da at fordi jeg har bestillt en ikke refunderbar billett så kan de kun refundere meg momsen på 100 kr. Her ligger feilen hos dem, men jeg får konsekvensene. Jeg ber om å få snakke med noen høyere opp, men det får jeg ikke. Deretter ber jeg om å få noen dager før jeg tar en avgjørelse pga jeg ønsker å kontakte likestillings og diskrimineringsnemnda. Likestillings og diskrimineringsnemda mener at dette er klart brudd på loven. Jeg kontakter sas igjen for å be om billett dagen før. Da diskrimineringsnemda mener at jeg vil få kompensasjon for de ekstra kostnadene med hotell. Når jeg kontakter sas igjen nekter de for at det er skjedd en feil å at stolen min nå har plass på flyet alikevel… heldigvis tok jeg opptak av samtalen dagen før. Å saken blir tatt videre. Anbefaler alle handikappede å styre LANGT unna sas.

Third world class carrier

SAS represents the epitome of a third class carrier, poor, avaricious, and utterly devoid of decent service. Everything about this airline is profoundly disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Hatte Business auf dem Flug von…

Hatte Business auf dem Flug von Copenhagen nach Hamburg gebucht.
Maschiene 50 min. Zu spät abgehoben m, da das Boarding super deltantisch war.
Mein Sitz war bereits vergeben und alle Sitze waren besetzt.
Beinfreiheit gleich null !
Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen !!!!

Completely unwilling to reimburse…

Completely unwilling to reimburse customers faced with over 24 hours of delays, due to their own poor planning. Customer-last mentality. Cannot recommend anyone to use this airline if any alternative is available.

Terugbetaling

Ik ben al maanden bezig om een terugbetaling te krijgen van een vlucht die zij geannuleerd hebben. Ze beloven iedere keer weer dat het in orde komt, maar nu bijna vier maanden later heb ik nog niks ontvangen. Ik zal nooit meer iets boeken bij deze vliegtuigmaatschappij.

Horrible customer service during reimbursement and cancellation

​I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a pending reimbursement that has remained unresolved for almost 8 months. Despite my proactive efforts to settle this matter—including more than 12 follow-up phone calls to your customer service line—I have yet to receive my funds or a definitive timeline for payment.
​The lack of transparency and the repeated failure to process this claim is unacceptable for an airline of SAS’s stature. This delay has caused waste an unreasonable amount of my personal time to manage.

My flight with Scandinavian Airlines…

My flight with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) was cancelled just a few hours before departure without any explanation. Additionally, my luggage—despite having a business class ticket—was severely damaged, with a broken wheel. I have emailed the airline days ago but received no response. This was my worst travel experience and will be my first and last time flying with this airline.

Totaal incompetente…

Totaal incompetente luchtvaartmaatschappij. Vandaag door hun eigen toedoen, vlucht te laat vertrokken uit Kopenhagen, connecterende vlucht naar Lofoten (dus ook SAS) gemist. Zij vinden het dan geen probleem om de laatste connecting flight gewoon de dag nadien te herboeken. Ze geven dan een zo goedkoop mogelijk hotel en wat vouchers waar je allemaal niets aan hebt. Resultaat: 1 skidag naar de vuilbak: kosten voor huurauto, skihuur, hotel, diner, skigids allemaal weggegooid door deze incompetentie,

Seats change

I bought a ticket to Next wednesday with my baby of 4th months. I paid for the extra to choose a Seat and i selected 1A to have more room with baby to go to toilet and change him. Now they change to 5A, so i m going to annoying to others passengers, fantastic. Is the third time i travel with them and the last. Better norwegian.

Worst flight company ever

Worst flight company ever, they are just plain cheats they cancelled our flight and never gave us the refund so we had to book whole new flight with double the price while coming we had the sas ticket but they lied and made us pay for the cabin bag even when it was included in the ticket. DO NOT BOOK with SAS airline they are just cheats taking the money. Worst airline in the world.

On April 1st

On April 1st, our connecting flight layover from Copenhagen to Billund was changed to 7 hrs from 2:30hrs. In Toronto, there was no help from the lady who ckecked us in. But in Copenhagen, Transfer servise Mr. Henrick was able to book us in the original flight to Billund at 9:45. He was amazing and made us so happy. This is how customer service should be. Thank you Mr. Henrick and wish you all the best.

Find an alternative

I have used SAS a lot throughout the years, both for business and pleasure. In the past, SAS was my preferred airline both domestic in Norway and internationally.

The past few years, that has changed rapidly for the worse. Their customer service is terrible, and they always try to find sneaky ways to avoid paying compensation for cancelled flights (not due to weather but for their cost savings) and for lost baggage.

They are even trying to avoid the EU261 compensations.

I would strongly advice against using SAS.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs - 8 hours of torture and abuse!

I have flown many airlines including all the cheapest budget airlines and never ever have I experienced such disgraceful shocking treatment ! The crew were so mean, arrogant, unfriendly and nasty! We flew from UK to Toronto, it was a long flight and the main stewardess was so nasty to us throughout the flight. I went out my way not to stoop to her level and thanked her at the end of the flight even though she didn’t deserve it but she completely ignored me! I think there may have been a racist element to her behaviour to be honest. To top it all off they broke our buggy in half

Flights cancelled

Flights cancelled, the latter flight options are full of shit, we lost 2 full days from our 6 day trip to Malta from northern Europe. Never ever fly SAS, worst mistake of 2026 so far.

Checkade in fyr vuxna och sex 23 kg resväskor istället för två då det var otydligt i incheckningen med "add bagage". Fanns ingen möjlighet att "deleta" efter betalning och kundservice kunde inte ändra dagen efter, ändå 5 månader till avresa, Köpenhamn-Palma. Kostade mig ca 1.000 skr i onödan. Otroligt svagt! Lägga till bagage och annat som är oväsentligt fungerr utan problem. Skärp er SAS

Crew spilled red wine on my clothes, no refund

A crew member spilled red wine on my clothes during flight SK0927 and the items were permanently ruined. I reported it, provided photos, and waited months for a response, only for SAS to deny the claim because I had no dry-cleaning receipt for clothes that had to be thrown away. Very disappointing customer service and claims handling.

If there was an option for 0-star I…

If there was an option for 0-star I would have chosen it. Shame I didn’t read the trustpilot before I booked. Terrible service. Stasi like attitude to anything relating to customer service. Be aware if you are 30gm over allowance you will be hauled over and treated like a criminal with no permission to remove anything from your luggage. Avoid at all cost.
