Under no circumstances work with them. Pretty offices, however, COMPLETELY unreliable - they will sign an agreement with you and then, change the terms, or put you on notice if they can get more for it. Their services within the office are mediocre and they will nickel and dime you for everything. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Booked a meeting room in the Blue Fin Building on Southwark Street, expecting a professional setup - unfortunately, the service was shoddy throughout. No catering set up on arrival, food left downstairs because the team were “too busy,” and the receptionist had to leave her desk to sort everything herself once our execs had already arrived.
No Wi‑Fi signage in the room, teas, coffee and water missing, and even basic details were wrong (four mugs for twelve people). For a room costing £1,113.84, this is completely unacceptable.
Looks good on the surface, but the delivery was disorganised and disappointing. We won’t be booking again.

I recently contacted Fora to enquire about office space at 180 Borough High Street. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

First, the response times were unacceptable. After emailing the team, I was left waiting two days for a reply — and only received one after chasing. This pattern of slow communication continued throughout the entire process.

More seriously, I was never told that availability was limited. I went through a full five-day internal approval process — involving my manager, admin team, and compliance steps — specifically for this location. At no point did anyone from Fora flag that spaces might not be available, offer to hold a spot, or suggest I act urgently. By the time I returned to complete the compliance form, the spaces were gone.

When I raised these concerns, rather than taking responsibility, I was told the situation was a result of my own "hesitation" — which was simply a reasonable concern about being asked for personal information before a space had even been confirmed.

This experience wasted significant time and internal resource, and we will not be considering Fora as a workspace provider going forward. I'd encourage any business going through a formal approval process to be very cautious — spaces will not be held for you, and you may not be told that until it's too late.

Staff are very friendly and personable making you feel at home!
I love the little events they make, however, what I love the most is the convenience of the amenities. Especially the shower rooms, they have everything you need!

I have been trying to get a response from their team for over a month due to an invoice query where they charged me more than the invoice amount via direct debit. They have also not returned our deposit after leaving. I have asked to make a complaint but not response yet.

Wonderful staff and great snacks. And they try to organise community events - like breakfasts and wine tasting. Security has improved in my building. But communal areas can get too noisy.
