I had a great experience with Forbes Rentals from start to finish. The delivery was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Lewis and Liam, who delivered my new washing machine. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the whole process. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, installed the new washing machine quickly, and even took my old washing machine out and placed it in the garden for me, which was a huge help. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Forbes Rentals, especially Lewis and Liam, for their outstanding service.

Paul and Phil were very courteous and helpful and when they fitted the equipment they were very carful with my flooring so not to damage it? They explained how the items worked as in the washing machine and cooker they were wonderful. I really like forbes rentals and have been a client for many years if equipment goes wrong they replace it within days and make no argument about it.

My mum and I had a washing machine delivered today from Forbes rentals and we had 2 lovely and kind men Matt and Ross they showed me how to use the machine and they have been to my house before to deliver stuff and all of them times that they have been lovely and friendly so thank you ross and Matt for your lovely service again you both are a credit to Forbes rental xx

Michael and Will installed my washing machine today. They also called me before they arrived which made things alot easier. They knew what they were doing and were very helpful with everything, and did a good job explaining everything to me.

I have been renting from Forbes for many years. My washing machine needed replacing and having spoken to service department, a date was agreed for installation. Luke and Joe rang as agreed 1 hour before their ETA. They took old machine out and replaced with new machine. Made sure it was working. Can't praise them enough. Great service all round.

Ricky and Adam were really helpful. They called me 30 minutes before arrival, delivered the appliance exactly where I wanted it and took all the packaging etc away. Great service.

Ricky and Adam arrived promptly, fitted both the dishwasher and the washing machine with ease. (Also the use of hubbys small hands lol). Both were very polite and they did what they needed to do. From Delivery and fitting, to checking everything worked as it should before they left, a job well done. Thank you (One word of caution though to both Ricky and Adam, Please remember to check inside the dishwasher for instructions before turning it on). Haha
