Total disappointment

If i could give them negative stars, I definitely would. I placed an order Feb 14 and wanted to cancel the order since the delivery time was more than I expected. I asked them to cancel and refund the order but they said they had no refund policy and can give a store credit for future purchase. For getting the store credit i had to mail them multiple times and they gave me the store credit on Feb 26. I placed another order with the store credit but even though there was money available in the credit, they asked me to pay 99₹ for delivery. Placed the new order on 24Mar and still have not received the product. Mailing them, no response. Calling them, no proper information. Absolutely disappointed. I hope i receive my items soon as they are not going to refund my money. But i would never ever recommend anyone else to purchase from them. Worst customer service and worst business where they do not give a damn about their customers. Highly disappointed.

worst experience

I paid for express shipping for the order placed on 18th March since I needed the dress on 22nd March. As of 24th March it is still not delivered and the lady with whom I talked on 21st March - gave false information. They claim they do not work on Saturday, they claim that item has been dispatched but do not share the tracking number.
Do not fall for their pretty looking clothes, they do not care about the customers.

Had the worst experience with foreverkids

Had the worst experience in quite some time with an e-commerce website. Had ordered a dress of ForeverKidz listed on FirstCry. The dress was a gift for an occasion for my niece and had been ordered a good 20 days ahead of the event. When the piece was delivered, we judged that it was too large and looked for a way to get a smaller size. FirstCry clearly states that exchange is possible for this item directly on ForeverKidz website. We initiated the process and it took 5 days for the pick up to be done. Now there was no exchange done at the time of pickup, instead we were told that ForeverKidz would deduct pickup charges and issue a credit note to us. This note could only be used on their website where the price was higher than the listed price in FirstCry (so we were getting a reduced refund and paying for the same product at a higher rate). To issue the note they took 20 days after numerous follow ups. By this time the event was already over. Finally able to order the product but we ended paying approx 50% of the value, despite paying the full value in FirstCry. If I could have, I would have given 0 stars.

I ordered a birthday dress for my 2…

I ordered a birthday dress for my 2 year old daughter. Placed an order on 23rd Feb and I needed it by the 5th. When I checked about these delivery dates with their social media team, they responded on DMs that it will be done. When I didn’t receive it on the 5th, I called them on 6th. They said it’ll be be done in 2 days, so casually that I had nothing but disgust for their service. I Told them I want a refund since they couldn’t fulfill their promise. They said they’ll let me know. On 9th when I called them, they said the order has some quality issues hence couldn’t get dispatched on time. So, if I don’t need the dress anymore they’ll only provide me with a credit note (with extended time) as if it’s my fault. Apparently it’s a “company policy” not to refund. I guess that’s how they make their money. Do you think after this harrowing experience I’d want to order from them again and maybe go through the same ordeal?

Complaint Regarding Dress Order and Customer Service Experience

Hello,

After a lot of email exchanges since November, today I contacted customer representative, who identified herself as Priya (though I am unsure if this is her true name), and the tone of the communications has been unprofessional and caused me significant discomfort.

I have all the communications related to this matter with me and can share them through any communication channel you provide. To summarize: I ordered a dress through FirstCry in November 2025 and was directed to contact Forever Kidz to resolve any concern. The dress remains unused and in the same condition it was delivered, as I have been waiting for a proper resolution.

The issue is that the dress was delivered missing a bow. This was extremely disappointing because the dress was meant for my daughter’s birthday, which had a mermaid theme, and the accessory was the key reason for my purchase. To preserve the possibility of a smooth return, I did not open the dress further.

After repeated follow-ups, I was offered two unsatisfactory options:

1. Credit Note Voucher (with pickup): Pickup of the dress and issuance of a voucher for the order amount minus shipping.
2. Credit Note Voucher (self-ship): I ship the dress back myself, and upon receipt, a full voucher would be issued.

I had chosen option 1. I followed up again over email and was told the team is contacting logistics and pick up will be arranged. Again I chased and got the message that team is working and now I got the email today after my follow up email that to resolve the issue eventually, the bow would simply be delivered to my address. This is unacceptable. Delivering a missing accessory separately after repeated delays is not a professional solution, nor does it reflect the standards expected from a reputed company.

This entire experience has been frustrating and has eroded my confidence in your brand.

I don’t even want to give a 1-star…

I don’t even want to give a 1-star rating. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s birthday and was told it would be delivered within 4–7 working days. It has now been over 20 days, and the order hasn’t even been dispatched. Customer service is extremely poor. I strongly advise others not to order from here

The worst Experience with foreverkidz

I have booked the order on 17th September. order# 46684-E. Till today I have not yet received the parcel. I have a written at least 20 e -mail to forever kidz team. Except apology email i have not received anything. If they cannot fulfill the order, They should have return the money to the concern person's account. They are also not doing that. So I am planning to book a case against Forever kidz team, atleast no other user will face such type of issues just like me. I have wait for 2.5 months. Howmany months need to wait to get my Parcel?@Forever kidz team

Totally scam…The product looks cheap as compared to the price we are paying. The product seen in photo & the product you receive is totally different colour, fabric everything. Also, you can’t return the product they don’t have return policy.

Fraud

I ordered from ForeverKidz and had a terrible experience. The delivery took over 3 weeks, and that too only after constant follow-ups. Even then, the order was only partially delivered.

Despite multiple reminders, I’m still chasing them for the missing item. Every day, I’m told to wait another 24–48 hours for an update, but nothing happens. There has been no resolution, no refund, and no sign of the missing product.

To make matters worse, the outfit was meant for a specific occasion, which has already passed — making the entire order pointless now.

Very unprofessional service and poor customer support. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Forever Kidz is complete scam

Forever Kidz is complete scam, fraudulent business - you charge “expedited shipping” prices, do not deliver at all, no updates, orders ghosted after being placed and customer care is abaolutely bogus. Expect an impact for this - from customers who will fight back.
Everyone, avoid this website.

Wait for your order forever

As they named it correct and many people already mentioned, forever kids will take forever to deliver your stuff. Made an order on 27th June, website mentioning delivery within 4 to 6 business days, but it’s taking forever to reach me. Scam website, please don’t buy.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! My order is taking forever to arrive. Customer care initially gave a false promise about the delivery date, and when the order didn’t arrive, they spoke rudely. Extremely disappointed with the service and behavior.

This shop is a total scam. I would give zero stars if I could.
My order is taking forever to arrive. No updates or explanations. The phone number doesn’t work, and they never reply to emails. You can’t reach anyone for help. Don’t waste your money here. This shop is unreliable and dishonest.

Forever Kidz - Cheating online store

Cheating online store. Ordered a product and they took more than 3 weeks to tell me that they will be delaying my order further. When I requested refund, they approved it on 23 June. Its 31 July and they still havent refunded. Ive called and emailed them endlessly but of no avail. No one is reposnding.
