Royal Mail were unable to deliver due to my address not being visible. I emailed to advise this and have had no reply.

I’m sorry, but we haven’t received any emails from you. I’ve checked with Royal Mail and the parcel couldn’t be delivered because the address provided was incomplete. It appears that the door number was missing, so they were unable to deliver it.
Could you please email us your full address so we can arrange to send a new parcel to you with the correct details?

Scarf dispatched & received promptly. I love the scarf. It’s soft & warm & a beautiful quality. My only comment is that there’s a slight residual chemically smell on the wool, which will hopefully disappear in time….
