I had to return the fleece because it was too big. The return was free to send and I received a refund on the eighth day after posting.

Items arrived very quick, beautiful Hareem trousers, unfortunately one of the pairs had stitches were coming undone on the inside leg, contacted customer services, absolutely blown away with the level of customer service received from Steven who offered me a replacement pair or full refund. I did not have to return the faulty trousers Kept me informed promptly. Though I received faulty trousers I believe this is a one off & certainly not put off to continue buying from forgotten tribes as I’m 100% confident with the company - Thank you

Item was sent in good time. Unfortunately it was too small. I had to use the return instructions and it was absolutely brilliant! Clear instruction easy return and ordered next size up to replace, all completed in a few minutes. A regular happy customer. Thank you x

I have had a very bad experience with trying to return a pair of trousers that don’t fit. The Return portal doesn’t work and I have checked every day for a week. I then sent an email and didn’t receive a response. I then posted a poor review and FT responded saying they had replied and to check spam. I checked everything and they had not replied. I then sent another email and have again not received a reply. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FT AGAIN

It’s quite expensive for what it is, but a great colour!

I have ordered many clothing and jewellery items from Forgottentribes, and always enjoy them (e.g. the harem pants and silver jewellery). Customer service is also exceptional. As soon as they were made aware that the wrong item was sent, they promptly corrected the mistake.

Sadly the clothes did not fit well. I need size 14-16 but it's either 12-14 or 16-18 so I chose the larger size.

I want to return trousers that don’t fit and the return portal is not working. I have sent email and had no reply. This has definitely made me think I don’t want to shop with FT because even though I like the clothes if return is too much work I will shop somewhere else

A lovely thick waffle fabric,generously cut and well designed.

Great quality and fast delivery

Good customer service. They answered a query quickly. Sadly quality of the Iona sweater is questionable. It began to pill very quickly and always looks creased. I've only washed it once and it feels like an old garment.
