I paid for my stores optimization through Forkobo and Filza Tanzeel was assigned to me. She went above and beyond and got my stores optimized and I am really happy with the outcome. I recommend him to anyone who needs this service

Since September 2025 I haven’t received…

Since September 2025 I haven’t received any of my payouts till now,I sent several mail to forkobo team but they kept saying is Shopify that paused my payment,No sales has been going on the store since February my contract with them is ending July I wonder if I will get all pending payouts at this point,please I don’t advice anyone to trust this platform

Forkobo is terrible

Forkobo is terrible. Since October 2025, I havent received any payout. Not one single payout. Anytime you send a mail, they say it is on spotify. Delay from Spotify on payment for over 6 months? Not even one payout processed? I dont think that's accurate. FORKOBO IS NOT SAYING THE TRUTH! I don't advice anyone to put their money there

Professional and Responsive Service

I’ve had a very positive experience with Forkobo, especially with Filza. Before this, I had made several calls and sent multiple emails without much progress, but once Filza came on board, things improved. The support was consistent, responsive, and provided clear guidance and practical help, particularly with store setup and shipping configuration, which made me feel my concerns were taken seriously.

Even when issues required input from other departments, I was kept informed, which made a big difference. It’s clear that Filza is genuinely dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help, thank you for your continued support.

FORKOBO HAS BEEN AMAZING.

The journey with Forkobo has been very good. Filza did a great job helping me out on my DIY store, and very patient. Always asking if I am satisfied with her work. I know for most people payouts are pending, but in due time they will be paid. It os shopify that is holding the money, not even forkobo. Thank you Forkobo, please continue your good work.

The Best Experience So Far

All I can say is that Filza needs a pay rise. She is very professional and got my DIY store in good shape. I usually skip feedback requests but not this experience with Filza.

As a novice in the game, a patient and committed stuff was all I desired. Someone with good technical know-how and Filza has proven to be exactly who I needed for my DIY store.

She is very polite and knows her stuff. Thank you very much Forkobo for getting my store just as I want it.

I had a good experience working with Filza from Forkobo. Filza was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I especially appreciate your patience and willingness to address my questions, ensuring I understood each step.

No clear explanation on what happened to pending payouts after you request for a refund

Forkobo,
I have over $10,000 pending payouts with you which I have consistently asked for to no avail. You only made payouts for the first month and the next 6 months have been vague stories.
I got tired and asked for a refund of management fees and you actually said that you would deduct any previous payouts made and refund me the balance as management fees.

Now, I'm wondering if the payouts on the dashboards are actually real or a make believe. Since you have not stated how I can recover over $10,000.

You have clearly stated that even though you have over $10,000 of my pending payouts that were never processed; you would still deduct any payouts you made earlier from the management fees.
This is a breach of trust and very inhumane. I hope you pay me whatever you have accepted to pay with no further delays. This is the worst dropshipping company in history.

Hello Trustpilot,

I got your email requesting my details for Forkobo assistance to my earlier review, I would like to respond publicly to that.

Forkobo has already responded to my review stating that they’ll proceed to close my merchant accounts with them and refund my management fee that I paid to them upon the activation of my account, my question is “what happens to the pending payouts for 6 months?”

Instead of them to take responsibility for their actions (delayed payouts for six whole months) they want to impose account closure on me, stating publicly in their response that I requested for it on March 3rd? What a lie! No accountability for holding my money for months whatsoever!

Trustpilot, be notified that I never requested for an account closure on 3rd March, 2026, as they claimed. That’s a big lie! Forkobo should stop beating around the bush and release my pending payouts! That’s all I’m asking for.

Regarding your case, we did request additional information to help us investigate your account. As we have not yet received a response, the request remains open and your review unresponded, as the deadline to provide further details expires on the 27th of March.

The WORST investment mistake I have…

The WORST investment mistake I have ever made in my life! Almost 3,000CAD gone...

My account with ForKobo went live in September of 2025, and ever since then, it's been either a payment delay issue, zero proactive communication, or, most recently, account suspension.

Since November of 2025, ForKobo has remitted zero dollars on my 2 stores, but PROACTIVELY removes ad fees! The acclaimed 120-day delay time frame is well over; they keep blaming Shopify for the delays. As of right now, I am being owed- November & December 2025: USD $1,170.80
January 2026: USD $661.17
February 2026: USD $427.64
March 2026:They conveniently paused all activity on my 2 stores, since Feb 11th, and removed financial updates/ breakdowns.

My current agreement with ForKobo ends in July 2026. As of right now, solely for asking for payments due from my 2 stores from November 2025 to date, ForKobo deactivated my account, which, on its own, is a breach of the contractual agreement.

All necessary bodies and authorities have received all information, screenshots, email correspondence, bank records, terms and agreement of service, etc.

Do business with them at your own risk!

Forkobo is a scam , Wanneka and her husband are behind it , the day of your downfall is close. Wanneka used the “ I want every woman to make her own money “ to scam me into this , i feel stupid and gullible to have fallen for this . Almost 2m gone just like that

What really happening with Forkobo? I have sent several emails to them no response as if there emails has stopped working pls how do I reach them? I haven’t received my payout for 4 months now please what do I do?

Forkobo is obviously a scam

Forkobo is obviously a scam. Please note this. They don't pay. I and 4 other friends got a DFY store since July 2025. Its March 2026, we have not received any payment. They have stopped responding to emails after requesting for a refund of the management fee, that the clearly stated in their policy should take 14 working days!!. ITS A SCAM.

I think for me it's how easy it is, to navigate the website. They made it so simple to accommodate all types of people. Then the customer service is top notch, always ready and available to help, either through email or through call.
