Hi Fran, I’m really disappointed you’ve left a 1 Star review. Not only is the above incorrect, your order was placed 9 days ago, which is 5 workings days due to the bank holiday, BUT we have also communicated over email, I have explained the delivery issues we have experienced due to the virus which are beyond our control and given you the option to cancel in which you replied “ I completely understand with everything going on things are delayed and that is absolutely fine!”
We are a small business and times are difficult enough without having to worry about our reputation.
Please think before leaving unfair reviews in future.

Cream Blair Jacket
I ordered the cream Blair jacket in November an literally haven’t taken it off since! Forever getting stopped, complimented and asked where it’s from when I’m wearing it!! Will deffo be ordering from you again x

Hey Holly, thanks for your feedback, I’ve checked the dress you returned and can see it does come up slightly bigger than usual, more of a 8 or a very small 10 but it’s definitely not a size 12. Emma x

Shocking quality of clothes
Shocking quality of clothes, rubbish customer service and I’m out of pocket because they don’t clearly state the do refunds, only in the small print, paid over £100 for two dresses that are terrible quality. Not happy.
