I’ve ordered (FMEN100039499) a pair of Daytona Rainbow boots and the shop handed my order to courier in the same day.

I ordered a helmet, and was very disaponited when they wrote on their website that shipping was 4 days, but in reality took 2 weeks before theu even shipped it off... When I reached out to them I was blamed for not reading correctly, instead of them apologizing for the late shipping. When I (after a lot of trouble) actually got the halmet, the colour was not even close to the picture... I orderd deep red, and got neon orange. Upon my dissatisfaction, I wrote to them again and got no returnlabel or even an answer... Do NOT order from this company!!!

Ordered a helmet from them. Took 2 weeks to ship. When it came it was damaged (not from shipping). Slow response to my emails. I still haven’t received my return label.

Great customer service! Received a ROEG helmet but was not happy with the color. They made it super easy with the return and customer service is always quick to give you updates and answers.

I ordered a helmet a size too small (my own error), so I returned it and tried to exchange it with a different helmet. They were super responsive and cooperative.

Rukka products are scarce in Canada, are only available through select retailers and usually have to be ordered with a lengthy wait. I ordered a Rukka Stretch Air motorcycle jacket from Fortamoto which they had in my size in stock. Fortamoto indicated when it was shipped and provided tracking. It shipped Nov. 2 and arrived Nov. 17 in Toronto, Ontario Canada through Canada Post. 2 week shipping time was to be expected considering it was not an expedited courier and also had to pass through customs. The jacket arrived unscathed in perfect condition new with tags. Fortamoto fulfilled their obligation and I would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you Fortamoto.

Fantastische service op Black Friday!

Mijn bezoek aan Voordeelhelmen tijdens Black Friday was geweldig. Ondanks de rustige sfeer in de winkel, werd ik snel geholpen door vriendelijk personeel dat me perfecte kledingstukken aanraadde. De ervaring was top-notch en ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn aankopen!

Verrast over de keuze en vooral de makkelijkheid om te bestellen en daarbovenop was de levering super snel dus absoluut geen klachten. Het was ook erg goed ingepakt, dus geen kans op beschadiging. Echt top en enigszins beter dan verwacht! :-)
