From Hugh ( the owner ) who was absolutely excellent at coming over to quote us, at the beginning - with his encyclopaedic knowledge of all the options.
To Graham, who is extremely good at heading up the fitting and service part of the organisation.
Both of them are completely trustworthy - and a delight to deal with - couldn’t possibly be better !

First class service
Easy to book our annual boiler service. Engineer was on time, was very helpful and pleasant. Sorted additional problem with faulty radiator very quickly.
