Good Products and Free local delivery
First time ordering from Forward Builders Supplies.
Ordered online and delivery came within 2 days. Delivery guy was brilliant, very polite and helpful. He phoned to let me know he was outside and put the order exactly where I wanted it. Would have been 5 stars except I didn't get an email to confirm the delivery date. Despite this I would definitely use again.

Offering a set date for delivery is definitely a service we would love to be able to give our customers, and will work towards this; at the moment our system is still quite manual, as we are an independent one-branch depot. This is why we offer delivery within 5 working days, and where possible we always try to deliver before this 😊

Good products well priced and free delivery within 50 miles is a saving over other suppliers. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the delivery just turned up unannounced without the email on the morning of delivery which was promised.

I don't think I got an email on the morning
It was a nice surprise to find my slates innthe garden I don't think I got an email on the morning that my order email states but I will be ordering again as I need more but money tight I recommend this company for gravel and stone needs
