The three young men that moved us were great. Very efficient and sorted the move in a very methodical way. They were friendly, respectful and very helpful.

Otto is a credit to the business
In a word what absolutly made our exprience? Otto! When youve made over an hours journey to meet a delivery at a storage unit at 8.30am, you only hope you will be dealt with by such a warm, polite, helpful employee like Otto. From the day before Otto was so helpful, answering every question with patience and professionalism. While we were there he dealt with every query and request instantly. At one stage (when we realised the unit we'd hired wasnt big enough) he had both my partner and I and the two delivery drivers laughing at how daft the situation was. Its rare to find employees (I didnt ask but I hope he is a Manager) that show how much they enjoy their work, speak highly of the company and their employer and deliver excellent customer service. We will definitly use Access Storage again. Not just for the value and service but for employees like Otto.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The survey was carried out the day after the request was submitted. Booked in for the following week. Turned up on time, got straight to work, carpets covered, nothing was too much trouble.

Terrible Company - Avoid
We moved abroad and had all our goods packed and stored for a year. On delivery we found a number of items missing, damaged and broken. We paid for special packing for fragile items which was not provided and some of our special items were damaged as a result of the poor packing. Expensive electronic items were not even wrapped, just put in boxes with no protection. The insurance product Fox promoted required that we report all the damage within 7 days of delivery despite the fact that it is clearly impossible to unpack over 100 boxes in a week! Fox refused to offer reasonable compensation, only a paltry ‘goodwill’ offer that barely covered the special packing they had not delivered. Very poor experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would - avoid!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I engaged fox to move some items abroad for me. The original quote was for them to pack the boxes but I said I would do so and the quote was updated. I was offered an insurance policy which I paid for to protect my goods in travel. On arrival around £600 of damage had occurred. When I told fox I was told they weren’t covered by my policy as I had packed the items myself. At no time did they tell me the policy would be worthless otherwise I would never have taken it out! Nobody ever said it would not cover the items I packed myself - had they done so I would have sourced my own actual valid policy. Their handling of my complaint was just as shocking. Emails ignored and clearly hoping I would just go away. I was offered a very small amount of compensation, less than 1/3 of the cost to rectify/replace and on top of this I feel I was totally ripped off by paying an insurance policy they knew would never cover me. Sadly the staff could not care less, Mike White in particular just didn’t reply to my email unless I chased multiple times.
Avoid unless you want to be totally ripped off.

As you noted, you chose to pack your goods yourself. Under these circumstances, we are unable to accept responsibility for the contents or condition of items packed by the owner. The protection arranged was therefore limited to specific risks such as fire, flood, or theft involving forcible entry, rather than damage arising from packing.
Full details of the Extended Liability Protection were provided to you prior to booking, including the terms of cover, and these were accepted along with the completion of the required inventory and documentation.
While we were not liable for the damage reported, we acknowledged your disappointment and made a goodwill contribution towards your claim as a gesture of customer care.
We do recognise that some of our responses were not as timely as they should have been, and this has been addressed internally with the team to improve our communication going forward.
We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations and wish you all the best moving forward.

No fuss. Good advice and very supportive as undertaking not just a house move but relocating to a completely new area as a widow. Fox Group even transported my car. Nothing was too much trouble for Carl and Phil. They worked calmly and efficiently throughout the 2 days of the move. Gold star treatment and service. Well done and a big "Thank you both".

Used today for a removal very punctual and professional all were moved within 2 hours the 2 removal men were very helpful and friendly would definitely use again and would highly recommend

The 3 guys from Wales who managed our move were very helpful, all our furniture was packed into the removal van , transported and unloaded into the right rooms in good time with no damage. The move was efficient and ran in good time, all completed before 4pm
