I ordered for next day delivery and apparently I was over the time to receive this. Surely if that’s the case you should not take the £10 delivery charge. This is the second time this has happened

Hi Zara, im sorry you've not been 100% happy with your experience with Foxy Hair. We do try to detail the cut off point for daily order dispatch of 2pm as clear as we possible can. On every product page we have a count down timer showing how long you have left to order for same day dispatch, this usually catches peoples attention. Just for future reference, if you order past 2pm, your order will go out on the delivery service requested the next working day. This is because we have a set time for postal collections daily so we do unfortunately have to put a cut off point in place. Second purchase
This is my second purchase, i always have such a wonderful experience from customer service to hair quality , after 4 months the russian/mongolian hair is still in excellent condition with minimal shedding and minimal length loss but the indian hair started thinning out and could not be reused , however this is not a downside the lifespan of the hair matches the website description , everything they claim about their hair is very accurate and you cannot beat the price!

I switched to these as my current…
I switched to these as my current provider I used were out of stock and if I’m honest I wish I never wasted my money, I take care of my extensions as I’ve had them for years but the ends on these specific ones feel like straw! When you brush your hands through your hair and get to ends it feels awful. I’ve had them one month and getting out the shower after washing them seems almost impossible to brush, they become so easily matted. Personally I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t but from here again

We cant seem to see any correspondence from yourself in regards to this order which was placed in July. Please always feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you ever require any assistance, we are always happy to help.
We do recommend the use of the correct aftercare products as non hair extension products can cause extensions to dry out.
At this point we would recommend to make sure you've scheduled your regular trim in with your hair stylist and the use of a deep repair treatment alongside some Argan Oil, if not doing so already should be incorporated into your aftercare routine.

My team have dropped you a quick message offering some guidance as we see you purchased a heat connector and some additional keratin alongside your stick tipped extensions. The stick tipped extensions aren't designed to be added as a heated method, they are for use with rings. If you are wanting to heat seal the extensions then you would require our flat tipped extensions. I hope this helps and thank you for your custom x
